It is an absolute dream to me! My favourite dessert is fluffy sponge cake with fresh whipped cream and fruit. Simple but never get tired of the flavour! Getting Fruit cream cake from the basement of a department store is like a ritual of my japan tour everytime. I am so jealous of your appetite. And you crush it again Zermatt!

Some cakes that you mentioned “greasy” makes sense because some use “buttercream” and personally I also dont like those kind of cakes. That’s why Japanese cakes esp. Chateraise are the best.

Could you please do a series on your down time days after the mukbangs (also the before and after medical reports like blood test and etc). Very Curious what it will look like down to the macros and how your body reacts with the physical symptoms.. RUclips hardly featured such detailed bts!
