UrAvgConsumer has long since stopped being an average consumer. Just look at that room and his setup. That shit's top 10% of the world type stuff. (I'd say top 4% of the world, but I've seen top 4% and top 1%, and that shits bonkers - money thrown at walls, the lights, the floors, the seats, 300" screens, early adopter tech; every detail imaginable for the fun of it)

Looking at a custom built from them for $2300 with 3080, 32 gb of 3600 mhz ram, and Ryzen 5600x. Debating between this and 3 guns. AR15 pistol in 300 blackout, AR12, and an AR9.

I am an Engineering Student and doing CAD and FEM Analysis on a 9 year old machine with only 8gb ram, i7 second gen and gt435m and even now it still works. It's slow but it works. Hopefully when I graduate and Have my first paycheck I will go all out on a new machine. Nobody's going to stop me lol

I can hear the screaming of the console players in the comments getting mad that he called it "The BEST Gaming Console." I wanna clear some things that weren't really covered. It's not a console, it's a computer that replaces can replace your console. Many people prefer consoles because they are simpler and have a lower cost (up-front) and that's ok. In fact, it's good for the economy because of the competition. Yes, it probably costs much more than a console but if you switch early as I did a few years ago, you save a lot of money by not having to pay to play multiplayer. Happy gaming

Hey man, usually a mini build can offer big performance but you sacrifice cooling, motherboard features and I/O. Looks like a great pc, not cheap though 😂 you can build a rig like this for cheaper if you cut the RGB in a few areas lol.

It’s interesting how something a bit bigger from another boutique company like digital storm with the same specs is somehow 1k lower than what main gear has to offer. Don’t get me wrong. I wish I had this, and if I had the money, you’re right I would use it and replace my PS4 and my laptop, not to mention finally be able to edit videos in 4k, among others. But the price....... why???

Pc's are actually cheaper in the long run since you don't have to pay to play multiplayer and you get to buy games from any store which builds competition between them and therefore lowers prices. On average, I saved about $132 a year after switching to pc. If you have a $500 console (like the Series X), you will cover your price within the next 4ish years of gaming assuming you buy a $1000 pc (average good pc price). After that, you're left with an extra $100+ a month to buy games and DLC. Consoles are better for people who don't have the money to pay up-front or people with friends like that.

Indeed! The price of this PC he talks about is actually thousands of dollars. It was reviewed on 'LinusTechTips' weeks to a month ago. Also, AMD's new Radeon GPU is said to be better than the RTX 3080 anyway(depending on which one you get).
P.s. in his set up he should drop the TV down or get bar chairs. :P
@@megamanx466 true but AMD GPUs don't have the software support that nvidea does things like dlss or simply GeForce experience that makes drivers hassle free nvidia is just too trusted hard to make the switch to amd . Tho for processor amd has the crown no doubt.

You know it's legit if they went as far as making the liquid cooling in the UrAvgConsumer color.
For frame rate, I'd father go with a locked setting as opposed to variable FPS.
The question is...How does this compare with the PS5?
Do you really need an 8K TV? I mean until we see native 4K at locked 60 fps, native/upscaled 8K won't matter.
I would've swapped the SSD with a Samsung one, and maybe upgrade this to 64GB RAM.
