I was about to add this too. Read a tumblr post that made this point and it makes a lot more sense. (Especially since I don't believe Lilo wanted to remember all those tourist, even thought she's a bit weird) .
So fishes controls the climate change according to Hawaiian traditions? So that make sense that her parents died on a crash due to the cause of raining.
As soon as you mentioned that Lilo's parent went on a drive the day she didn't feed Pudge, I starting crying, because I knew what you were going to say. Kids often blame themselves when loved one die, especially if they did something wrong right before it happened. They just aren't old enough to understand that bad things happen, it isn't their fault.
Madeline McAdams Same, I had it also. I refused to go to my dad and stepmother once and the day after I heard they didn't come back to their house after walking in the city at night. As a Little kid is blamed myself and still kinda do.
@@robbierotten6803 i'm so sorry for your loss but, it's NOT your fault! whether you went with them or not, they will be dead, cause it's their destiny, it's all writen..but hey! Look on the bright side , if u went with them u won't be here.. so stay positive!❤
I think the reason why Lilo doesn't fit in with her friends is because she's actually much more intelligent than they are, and more outspoken about what she thinks. When I was a little girl, I read at a nearly adult level and I was labelled a "smartass" and a "loudmouth."

Taking pictures of tourists is mocking the way tourists photograph natives. This is clear if you watch the deleted scene "model citizen- Mayham at the beach" of Lilo scaring tourists off the beach with a false sunami alarm test, then exclaiming to Cobra Bubbles "if you lived here you'd understand". In the scene a tourist gasps and points to Lilo saying "oh look a real native"
If this was true then why weren't the other girls as crazy about Elvis as Lilo was? Throughout the movies, she's shown to be the only one. Even Nani doesn't really show an interest.
I think the expanse of her collection shows that it was in the family more than anything. It’s highly unlikely for a 5 year old to be given a record player and a pile of records, and after her parents died (when Nani would likely get her anything that could feasibly help her recover) they couldn’t even afford a doll for Lilo, let alone a record player and a pile of Elvis records (which didn’t really surge in popularity again for another few years, so they’d be harder to track down and more expensive). The only logical possibility, considering Nani’s lack of interest in the topic, is that it was her parents collection, that she likely started listening to in order to savor the fond memories of her family, which eventually turned into a love/obsession for Elvis as a whole.
ItsCocoPlays it’s true😔. These “certain people,” don’t like the original movies and their using “certain things,” to do so. Those “certain people,” also destroyed Star Wars
(nods) I agree with all of this. It makes sense that all of her hobbies go back to what happened with her parents. The Pudge theory you mentioned is a headcanon of mine. As another pointless fact, that also adds onto the Pudge thing, there is also a deleted scene where Pudge dies. Stitch swats the fish out of her hands before it gets attacked by birds, killing it. Lilo scolds Stitch for his actions before burying the fish next to her parent's grave markers. It's a really dark scene for a family movie, but it's still very good. If you're curious, it's on RUclips.
Carissa Carlson I was around 7, I think.. but my country often gets releases late.. but yeah, I do remember pudge dying, that's for sure.. I was even weirded out because pudge's scene was only the time in the beginning, when he ate the peanut butter sandwhich
Carissa Carlson oh wait.. I checked the release date, I'd be 2 at that time.. but like I said, our country gets late releases and I definitely recall pudge dying.. but after a while, (since disney likes to play these movies often.. almost annually) I noticed that they took out the scene.. but I didn't think.muh because they often took out some scenes for the reruns while they showed them in the premiere
The Pudge thing is actually very similar to Tohru from Fruits Basket, who blamed herself for her mother's death (coincidentally a car accident) because she didn't say "Goodbye, be safe" like she normally would.
I disagree with the pictures of tourists. It's not the people who are close to her that she photographs. She primarily takes pictures of tourists, whom she never speaks to. In a deleted scene, Lilo is essentially harassed by a group of white tourists who take pictures of her for her exoticism (ie being a native Hawaiian). It's clear she doesn't like it and feels objectified. My guess is it was not included as it is a heavy topic that isn't related enough to the core of the story. But I do think that despite not actually being included in the final product, that experience, or more likely repeat experiences, have inspired Lilo to photograph tourists like they photograph her. Taste of their own medicine kind of schtick. I think Lilo is genuinely interested in photography, hence why she proudly displays those photos, but the subject she chose is a bit of an ironic one. Plus, I think Lilo is a bit amused by the appearances of the tourists - bloated, skin a combination of burnt stupid and white as fresh snow. They look funny.
RL Gill That what I was gonna bring up! I loved that point they made in the movie and was really sad to see it ended up getting deleted (probably because it made white audiences feel "uncomfortable" 😒) and the photographs are such a good way to keep that commentary in, just in a more subtle way.
The scene where she tells Bubbles about why she photographed those people almost made it into the final movie. The last step was the coloring process of the animation, so you can tell that the team really didn't want to let it go. It gave a lot of insight into Lilo's character and it's a shame that it got cut.
if her mom was 5 in 1973, she was born in 1968; if she died in 2002, she was only 34. lilo was born when she was 29, and (i dont know how old nani is but im assuming at least 18) then she was 16 when she had nani
Mochirin Actually in Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch has a Glitch (when they say Lilo's mom won the hula contest) Lilo is 7 since she turns 6 at the end of the first film and it's been a year since those events. Lilo's mom would have been 18 when she had Nani.
Gaia Kymicsu Nicolosi why would her mom be born in 1947? There is that specific picture (in this video at 1:51) that shows her mom the same age as lilo in 1973. so if lilo is 6 then, her mom was born in 1967; if her parents died a year before the movie, that still make her mom 34, otherwise (if it was like a few months before, i dont remember if they specified how long its been) she could have been 35 if she died in 2002. You can still grow up listening to Elvis even if you werent there for the entire time he was recording songs. My uncle was born in 1972 (so would be only 5 when elvis died) and is the biggest elvis fan i know.
Elvis was at his most popular in the 60s and 70s. Lilo is definitely six in the movie, as we see her celebrating her seventh birthday in the closing credits. Nani is between 18 and 21. So she's at least 12 years older than Lilo. I am 12 years older than my sister. My parents were 21 when I was born, and 33 when my sister was born. If we assume Lilo and Nani's parents were these ages when their children were born, then they would have been 37 or 38 when they died. Using the movie's release date, that would mean they were born in 1964, when American culture was being saturated with rock and pop music. Elvis was the most popular performer in Hawaii because of films he had done there. The film Blue Hawaii was released in 1961, only three years before our hypothetical birth year for the Pelekai parents. They are both Polynesian, giving them a deep sense of Hawaiian pride and aloha spirit, which would cause them to grow up with a natural love for Elvis, the state's biggest claim to fame in American pop culture at that time.
It is implied that Lilo is 7 in "Lilo & Stitch 2" because Myrtle says "I'm the best dancer in the 7 year old division" one scene later. Also, on the "Lilo & Stitch Big Wave addition" DVD Chris Sanders states that Lilo is 6 in the first movie.
Elvis is an incredible hero to have. He was a wonderful person who loved to give and to make people happy. Lilo probably learned generosity from him. 1973 was also the year “Aloha From Hawaii” took place, which was the first show ever broadcasted on worldwide television and over a billion people tuned in to watch. In the show, Elvis met and worked with hundreds of hula dancers of all ages. There is a great possibility that Lilo’s mother actually spoke to Elvis.
i read a theory somewhere that Lilo was somewhere on the autistic spectrum, Her love of Elvis could be an indicator that he's her special interest and throughout the film it's shown at several points that Lilo has trouble with physical affection, eye contact and displaying her emotions (around people). She even says "people treat me differently" this is implied to be about people not knowing how to act around her after the death of her parents but it could also mean that they treat her differently because of her disability. All of her habits most likely existed before she lost her parents but then became a larger part of her life as a way of coping.
DustedLaces when I watched it I thought she had ADHD BC I have it and recognised some of the symptoms but on the neurodiverse spectrum some symptoms can also be found in other disorders I guess...
actually the reason lilo takes pictures of tourists is explained in a deleted scene of the movie she does it because she wants the tourists to know how it feels to be pictured like they were animals in a zoo similar to how tourists take pictures of local customs and traditions without asking she puts them on the other end of the lens in the same way
... Isn't the real reason why she's making photographs of tourists actually because tourists in general make photographs of the native Hawaiian people and this is just her way to show her dislike about it, lel?
I was actually discussing this movie when it was in TV last week! When the question of Pudge came up, I had mentioned my theory of Lilo feeding Pudge so that what happens to her parents doesn't happen to someone else. I don't think she blames herself, but surely in a child's mind feeding a fish a peanut butter sandwich to keep it sunny makes a lot of sense. It also explains why in the deleted scene, she got so angry when Pudge dies. Lilo gets angry because with Pudge dead, she is unable to prevent others from dieing, like her sister whom was the only person she had left besides stitch. A child as young as Lilo wouldn't comprehend death like an adult would, which is why she implies she remembers when people leave, a line which implies to the leaving tourists, also when people she loves die.
I think he's the family aumakua, the family guardian. So she's feeding him to take care of him, so that he will take care of her family in return. That's especially important in the opening scene where you can see storm clouds on the horizon and we know that her parents died in a storm. It's a very meaningful scene.
This is my favorite Disney movie. Reason, Cause i feel the same way as Lilo and as Stitch. When i was a kid i always felt like i didn't belong, Always wondering if it was in my family, my country or the whole world, i was always searching and asking myself "where do i belong?" I was always different then the other kids just like Lilo so i did not have many friends i also had difficulties making friends.
I guess I could say that in a sense I can relate to Lillo. My father died when I was 8. and he was very poetic and wrote. I myself have gained a poetic and creative mind and write. mainly stories. and I passionately hold on to that gift because I've inherited it from him.
About why Lilo takes pictures of tourists; in a deleted scene, Lilo is shown getting constantly asked by tourists where the beach is before asking the lady running the coffee shop if they're testing an alarm that day. After Lilo is told yes, she goes to the beach and tells all the tourists that the alarm sounds whenever a tidal wave is approaching. The tourists laughs patronizingly before the alarm goes off, scaring the tourists and making them flee. It's then shown that Bubbles saw everything, and Lilo tells him "You'd understand if you lived here". Lilo taking pictures of tourists is her response to tourists taking pictures of her and treating her like part of an attraction, not a person, as a sort of modern art form. You can see from the deleted scene that the creators really wanted the scene in since most of it is already finished, only lacking colors, and a majority of the scene was later reworked into the scene where Stitch performs on the beach but flips out because of the camera flashing. The scene was apparently removed by the higher-ups because they were afraid it would alienate white viewers. Also, knowing certain things about Hawaii's history makes the scene fit perfectly into the rest of the movie's theme. Hawaii was once an indepent nation with its own queen. Because of a hostile takeover by business men, the queen was forced to resign and Hawaii became part of the United States, meant to be a vacation spot, which I believe is also where Hawaii gets most of its income from, but I am not 100% sure. When Hawaii's queen, Liliʻuokalani, was forced to step down, in her goodbye to her people, she sang the song "Aloha Oe", a song she wrote and composed herself as a goodbye to her people, and the very same song that Nani sings to Lilo when she thinks Lilo is going to be taken away.
I allways felt like Lilo cause other children used to not like me.. up to untill I became an adult. Teenage me was like litterally Anna from Frozen.. wanting a bf so much and being to naive and allways heartbroken. Then I got depressed.. I guess like Elsa? I was mean to a couple of friends but I couldn't help myself I just stumbled into a burnout and had no one to help and I hated how my friends didn't notice or offered help or even just beeing there for me. And now... I just am me... and don't know who could resemble me.
As a teacher's aide for special needs kids I have a deep understanding of child psychology, more so then my older peers due to myself once being a special needs student. All the factors indicated in the video are actually deeply rooted in the training I was taught. Your opinion is deeply rooted in scientific understanding and therefore a logical conclusion. I agree 100% that Lilo had a multifacited associative disorder brought on by the events in her life that caused her to associate people, objects and even animals with he fear of loss and desire to be accepted. I work with 4th and 5th graders and seen the long-term effects first hand these issues have if not caught early on, luckily in Lilo's case she found her happily ever after, in some of the students I worked with, they could have been saved sooner if I worked with 1-3rd graders
I started crying! Thanks a lot!!But yes I feel sorry for her like I did first watching the movie. My heart ached for her, even though she was a fictitious girl.
Ikr, i admire that because i have always been an outcast because i'm "different" so now some times i don't show my really self to people because i'm afraid they could judge me so they avoid me anyway because i seems to them a "boring girl"
Amazing video as always. I agree: losing loved ones are extremely hard and in Lilo's case, isolation is the only option. Any event can happen to anyone. I guess Lilo was trying to fit in but because of her isolation and struggles at home (before Stitch came on the scene), she was trying to grow up to become an adult and be independent emotionally. In the end, it was Stitch who changed her life and taught her to treasure the present rather than looking back to the past.
As a kid I related to Lilo in a sense.. As an adult I relate to Lilo & Nani a bunch more. At 18 taking care of a little sister after losing a parental figure. As an adult the hurt & abandonment issues kicked in full blast.
It was pointed out in another video that Lilo is a native, and to an extend an attraction because of it. Among even her peers, she stands out like a sore thumb, and that was partially why she ended up taking so many photos.
I lived in Hawaii and I loved this movie so much as a kid. (Yes, it was expensive to live there.) And me and my older sister used to relate to this movie a LOT. I used to love stitch a ton, so my sister bought me a stitch doll as a present from how much I loved the movie. I remember my parents got sued by someone, and my parents were about to be taken away from me and my sister to go to jail for a drunk fight (for some reason) and I was brought into it. I was 3, and all I remember is literally saying 'ohana means family, and family means nobody is left behind'. We live in Ohio now and my sister and I will joke about that every now and then.
I rewatched Lilo and Stitch today with mostly this theory in mind (and the other about the Pelekai Ohana - Stitch and Jumba) it makes much more sence now. :)
*Finally* someone talks about this. I always felt very strong for Lilo when I first saw this movie on the big screen when I was little. Her relationship with Stitch, her struggle to relate to others her age, all I can relate to. Thank you for making this!😊👍
Your theories are pretty clever. Many theories from RUclipsrs are weirdly out of character or even shown no evidence. But yours are very well thinking and really makes sense. I'm glad to have found your videos, thank you!
What a coincidence that this lilo and stitch video came out today when I decided to dress up as Stich for my school's Disney Character day for spirit week.
What a wonderful and very Intuitive video. I LOVE IT!!!!!! i LOVE Lilo and Stitch. i would always copy the dance Lilo did in the movie whenever the scene came on. Plus my father got me a Scrump doll (looks Excatly like Lilo's) when i was a kid when the movie came out (i still have it by the way) Plus i have 2 Stitch plushies and a Stitch hat from Disneyland.
I'm happy you love it! I really enjoyed making the video. I didn't remember how much I love Lilo and Stitch until I got to make this video. That's awesome. My brother has a Stitch plush and hat as well! I would totally go for a Scrump. Thanks for watching!
In one episode of Lilo and Stich the series, they introduce a new girl around Lilo’s age named Victoria. In their first conversation Lilo tries to shut it down midway through when she actually seems excited to meet someone with similar interests as her stating. “I have to stop talking with u, tourists stay for a little while but then they have to go back home, it’s a defense mechanism” i prolly butchered the quote but it had me in the feels.
At the end Victoria chose Lilo over Mertle The party scene in SWAPPER Mertle (at Lilo being Stitch): Oh that does it. You're weirdlest weirdo in Weirdtown. Were outta here. C'mon Victoria Victoria: But I'm having fun Mertle: Boy did you ever say the wrong, we dont want to associate with anyone who actually has fun with Lilo. Right, girls. YEAH
Its weird. Sometimes these theories are terrible. Others are so spot on its creepy. Its led to me being unsure if I should subscribe or not. This seems scarily accurate
I was around 11 or 12 when the movie came to theaters, and it was my last "childhood" movie. What a big discovery... I loved the idea of an alien lab-creature, who turns good after living with humans. The story had so much potential, and was so cool, funny, dark, mature and moving at the same time.
I love Lilo. It's true that the most generous and loving people are the loneliest. Shes a great catalist for those who feel alone and different. The movie means so much to me
All hail Pudge, the Penaut Butter eater Weather God. He who controls the rain and the sun, snow and clouds. He who delivers our fates with unblinking eyes as he consumes the Peanut Butter of Destiny. HAIL PUDGE. HAIL PUDGE.
The quality of your videos and voiceovers have vastly improved in a quick span of time. Good job; your hard work is paying off. Great channel and great work! 👍🏻
I really appreciate your support. I have been putting a lot of work into improving the videos as I continue to make them, but it doesn't always feel like my channel continues to grow as dramatically. Thanks for watching!
I've watched Lilo and Stitch for years, but the connection you made as to why she feels the need to feed Pudge I never realized until now. That is very clever on your part. Nice video. :)
Lilo and Stitch is absolute favorite Disney movie. It holds my memory of the first Disney movie I loved and the only time I got to attend movie night at my elementary school.
Wow this is one of my favorite movies ever since I was a little girl but this makes a lot more sense like about pugde the fish and about Elivs if we're being honest I always thought she like Elivs because he was popular in Hawaii but this makes sense too!
Her manner of hanging her photos of the tourists on her wall is kind of like a reminder to herself that she's not the weird one. It reminds me of the manga A Silent Voice, how Nishimiya's sister took photos of dead animals and hung them up on a wall to give her sister a reason not to commit suicide. The pictures looked unappealing. But it also shows their natural talent of photography.
**See her mother won in 1973** Damn, that makes this feel even sadder for me. She won in 1973 and died in a car crash. Among my childhood heroes were the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. My favorite one; she was born in 1973, and yeah, passed away the same way . . .
This makes soooo much sense. I still want to know why the name Stitch means so much to her. Even Nani was shushing a lady who was about to say it was a strange name even for a dog.
Well, 'stitch' is often either string or thread that pulls things back together and keeps them from falling apart so cloth will last longer, and wounds could heal faster. In her own way, Lilo know her family was falling apart, and the fact that Cobra Bubbles was threatening Nani to take Lilo away, Lilo prayed for a friend that would make some kind of miracle to keep her remaining family together. With Nani bringing her to the shelter, and the fact that Stitch voluntarily hugged her, she somehow knew he wasn't a normal dog, and mught just be the 'angel' she prayed for, regardless of the fact he really wasn't. Lilo named her 'dog' Stitch, because she thought he would be the stitches to keep her family together. In the end, he did; Lilo got to live with Nani and Stitch, and wound up gaining four new members of her 'stitched together family'. With Jumbaa, Pleakly, Cobra and David. They were weird in their own way, but they stitched together a figurative quilt that represented their new Ohana.
In Hawaiian mythology there is a god known as Kamapuaʻa, here is a excerpt from his wikipedia: Kamapua’a divides the districts giving Pele (the fire goddess) the districts overrun with lava flows; he takes the Windward districts with the most rain. Kamapua’a leaves Hawaii and starts a family in the ocean where he belongs. As Kamapua’a lives his life in the ocean, he still watches over his side of the island. He ventures through the ocean in his new form the humu-humu-nuku-nuku apua’a (trigger fish) He never steps foot on the island again because he doesn't want to run into Pele. In other words, there is a Hawaiian god of rain who turned into a fish! This is yet another beautiful tie in with Lilos heritage and the fact that everyone treats her as a weirdo for basically practicing her religion.
For everyone who's reading this comment

Jættedatter And that tsunami scene with Stitch on the beach
Jættedatter If it comes from Tumblr it's bullshit.
95+% of the time you are correct, but occasionally random chance happens to align and something actually good is made.
This "theory" isn't really a theory. Lilo did exactly this is in a deleted scene.
Lilo even states in the movie, after the Hula teacher asks why feeding Pudge is so important, she answers "because Pudge controls the weather"
I thought I remembered hearing that...
As well as some of the older people around look shocked.
That's a Hawaiian tradition, fish control the weather
So fishes controls the climate change according to Hawaiian traditions? So that make sense that her parents died on a crash due to the cause of raining.
All hail fish pudge
As soon as you mentioned that Lilo's parent went on a drive the day she didn't feed Pudge, I starting crying, because I knew what you were going to say.
When you realise the symbolism of pudge controlling the weather 😭💔
Hadley-Boyd he killed Lilo's parents
It wasn't his fault he didn't got fed a Sandwich so they got Punishment for the forgotten Sacrafice
That's tragically true
it's no wonder she beat myrtle up for calling her crazy
Lilo and Stitch is a beloved movie in my family.
+mkmasta 1213 Same here! Stitch was my brother's favorite character growing up. Thanks for watching!
Yet “certain people,” are editing and changing the movie scenes on Disney+
Mei Mei Wang
WAIT WHAT
ItsCocoPlays it’s true😔. These “certain people,” don’t like the original movies and their using “certain things,” to do so. Those “certain people,” also destroyed Star Wars
Same! Me and my family love it!
I saw that actually! It's really interesting. I'm happy you agree with the video. Thanks for watching!
Carissa Carlson I think I saw pudge dying in the actuak movie a few times, back when it was still newly released
Wait, really? I don't remember that. Then again, I was only 5 when this movie came out.
PirateUnicorn FRUITS BASKET!! such a good anime I love it!
I remember reading that in 6th grade. 😭😭😭
+Roasted HAMilton I love your username btw ;)
PirateUnicorn Holy hannah, your right. It is pretty similar.
😢🤧❤💔so true ....
*cries during the entire video cuz of how much Lilo has hurt*😭😭😭😭😂
Gisela Campos yes!!! 😢😢😢 I just wanna hug her
+Gisela Campos It's alright. At least she made through it! Thanks for watching!
+Frith Connolly She is such a sweet girl. Thanks for watching!
When her sister sings to her in the movie... the most heart-wrenching rendition of that song I've ever heard!
same....dude watch the clip "The untimely death of Pudge the fish" that was deleted from the movie, but it was so sad..
RL Gill She also does a tsunami prank.
RL Gill Yeah, because 6 year olds know what objectification is. Save your sjw bullshit.
RL Gill she's also implied to be a "whale watcher", only choosing to take photos of the larger tourist.
if her mom was 5 in 1973, she was born in 1968; if she died in 2002, she was only 34. lilo was born when she was 29, and (i dont know how old nani is but im assuming at least 18) then she was 16 when she had nani
She is at least 18 because that is the only way she could qualify as Lilo's guardian in the first movie.
I'm autistic and I always thought this. Lilo is definitely autistic and was someone who I looked up too.
DustedLaces That could be, I’m also on the spectrum so I could see that
DustedLaces when I watched it I thought she had ADHD BC I have it and recognised some of the symptoms but on the neurodiverse spectrum some symptoms can also be found in other disorders I guess...
As someone on the spectrum, I can confirm that Lilo most certainly is too.
I saw this theory on tumblr recently, to me it makes more sense than her just simply losing her parents
This theory made me cry.
I never thought I'd say that.
I'm happy it was an emotional theory. Lilo's story is so heart breaking. Thanks for watching!
actually the reason lilo takes pictures of tourists is explained in a deleted scene of the movie she does it because she wants the tourists to know how it feels to be pictured like they were animals in a zoo similar to how tourists take pictures of local customs and traditions without asking she puts them on the other end of the lens in the same way
Oh wow
... Isn't the real reason why she's making photographs of tourists actually because tourists in general make photographs of the native Hawaiian people and this is just her way to show her dislike about it, lel?
Acesy Wut.
Acesy 3:50 there are pictures of Hawaiian Natives.
In one episode of the series Lilo calls them “Living Mummies.”
Katie Bayliss I see zero pics of native Hawaiians in that collection of photos
Isn't Pudge also based on a Hawaiian ocean deity?
I think he's the family aumakua, the family guardian. So she's feeding him to take care of him, so that he will take care of her family in return. That's especially important in the opening scene where you can see storm clouds on the horizon and we know that her parents died in a storm. It's a very meaningful scene.
Chelle Sama and that's why she said in the movie "pudge controls the weather"... just wanted to say that lol
Yea its a Hawaiian deity
This is my favorite Disney movie.
Reason, Cause i feel the same way as Lilo and as Stitch.
When i was a kid i always felt like i didn't belong, Always wondering if it was in my family, my country or the whole world, i was always searching and asking myself "where do i belong?" I was always different then the other kids just like Lilo so i did not have many friends i also had difficulties making friends.
Lilo and Stitch does an amazing job handling of life is not simple in a very fun and unique story. It is a very relatable story. Thanks for watching!
This theory makes me love Lilo and Stitch's story even more :). I accept this as my headcanon!
Wow that's great! Thanks for watching!
Wotso Videos it makes sence about what Lilo dose in the film and T.V searise I hope there is more you can do about her soon
I guess I could say that in a sense I can relate to Lillo. My father died when I was 8. and he was very poetic and wrote. I myself have gained a poetic and creative mind and write. mainly stories. and I passionately hold on to that gift because I've inherited it from him.
Elyse Solomonson I'm so sorry for your loss
Elyse Solomonson 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 sorry for your loss
That really sweet
Well, at least you've managed to make something good for yourself come out of such a bad situation.
I can relate to Lilo, about the fake friends
Flora Hime same with me
As a teacher's aide for special needs kids I have a deep understanding of child psychology, more so then my older peers due to myself once being a special needs student.
I'm really glad I did the topic justice then! Thank you for your insight and thanks for watching!
thoughts on her being autistic possibly? I feel that theory explains Lilo a bit better
that explains everything about Lilo wow just amazing
+Miguel Martinez I'm glad you enjoyed it! I thought it clarified a lot about Lilo. Thanks for watching!
Your wellcom it was great
Miguel Martinez the
awsome. lilo is one of my favorite characters.
I really like her as well. She's a really great character. Thanks for watching!
Lilo: is quirky and cute
Other girls: *IM NOT LIKE OTHER GIRLS IM QUIRKY AND CUTE TOO AND DIFFERENT*
Damn....The feeding of Pudge the fish was adorable until I watched this....everything is do DARK when you grow up!!!
It's true. Things really begin to change! Thanks for watching!
I really like what Lilo’s father said about the meaning of family.
What did he say
Family means noone gets left behind
I started crying! Thanks a lot!!But yes I feel sorry for her like I did first watching the movie. My heart ached for her, even though she was a fictitious girl.
I really love that Lilo still had the strength to be herself
Ikr, i admire that because i have always been an outcast because i'm "different" so now some times i don't show my really self to people because i'm afraid they could judge me so they avoid me anyway because i seems to them a "boring girl"
I LOST IT WITH PUDGE
I love lilo and stitch, favorite disney movie of all time! I am so glad you made this video and lilo's background makes so much sense, thank you!
I'm happy you liked the video! Great description to include Stitch. I think they grew together through the film. Thanks for watching!
As a kid I related to Lilo in a sense.. As an adult I relate to Lilo & Nani a bunch more. At 18 taking care of a little sister after losing a parental figure. As an adult the hurt & abandonment issues kicked in full blast.
Do pain and panic from Hercules
Lilo is so adorable I just wanna squish her cheeks and give her a hug🥺🥰
*Finally* someone talks about this.
I always felt very strong for Lilo when I first saw this movie on the big screen when I was little.
Her relationship with Stitch, her struggle to relate to others her age, all I can relate to.
Thank you for making this!😊👍
My pleasure! I'm happy you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
When you try not to cry during this video but you have a heart 😭
Pause at 2:10. Lilo looks adorable , so trust me my ohana it is worth it😏.
Lael Wildgoose SHES SO CUUTTEE
Lael Wildgoose
I trusted you and you where right!!!😋
Lael Wildgoose awww
Thanks guys , because you trusted me i feel happy 😊!!!
she always cute😙
Lilo ... Pride and respect for her thank you
Your theories are pretty clever. Many theories from RUclipsrs are weirdly out of character or even shown no evidence. But yours are very well thinking and really makes sense. I'm glad to have found your videos, thank you!
interesting theory🤔 poor Lilo 😯🌺🌴
I'm happy you liked the video. I feel bad for her as well. Thanks for watching!
You welcome I love your chanel🌺🌺❤🙆
Excellent job connecting the details & explaining Lilos psychology!
What a coincidence that this lilo and stitch video came out today when I decided to dress up as Stich for my school's Disney Character day for spirit week.
Well that worked out really well! That sounds like an awesome costume. Thanks for watching!
Wow this made me cry. it kind of reminded me a bit of me when I was younger
At the end Victoria chose Lilo over Mertle
The party scene in SWAPPER
Mertle (at Lilo being Stitch): Oh that does it. You're weirdlest weirdo in Weirdtown. Were outta here. C'mon Victoria
Victoria: But I'm having fun
Mertle: Boy did you ever say the wrong, we dont want to associate with anyone who actually has fun with Lilo. Right, girls.
YEAH
Its weird. Sometimes these theories are terrible. Others are so spot on its creepy. Its led to me being unsure if I should subscribe or not. This seems scarily accurate
TheDark4light

LILO and stitch is literally my FAVORITE movie!!! So glad someone FINALLY did a video on it!!! 💕👍🏻❤️
I'm happy you liked it!! Lilo and Stitch is such a cute movie. I remember seeing it in theaters. Thanks for watching!
When you see a Lilo and Stitch video in 2017.
I was around 11 or 12 when the movie came to theaters, and it was my last "childhood" movie. What a big discovery... I loved the idea of an alien lab-creature, who turns good after living with humans. The story had so much potential, and was so cool, funny, dark, mature and moving at the same time.
Thank you, I never really thought about her parents death causing her to do and like anything before.
I love Lilo. It's true that the most generous and loving people are the loneliest. Shes a great catalist for those who feel alone and different. The movie means so much to me
Oh my gosh, this is sooooo good!! Poor baby tho :(
I'm happy you thought so! It was so much fun to make. Thanks for watching!
When you're on the verge of tears while watching a movie about a quirky little Hawaian girl and an alien experiment...
All hail Pudge, the Penaut Butter eater Weather God.
He who controls the rain and the sun, snow and clouds.
He who delivers our fates with unblinking eyes as he consumes the Peanut Butter of Destiny.
HAIL PUDGE.
HAIL PUDGE.
That was a totally awesome description of Lilo's personality. Mahalo!
That theory is pretty accurate
I'm happy you think so! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!
the "leave me alone to die" scene made me feel so understood as a kid. still does. im lilo af.
I've watched Lilo and Stitch for years, but the connection you made as to why she feels the need to feed Pudge I never realized until now. That is very clever on your part. Nice video. :)
I'm happy you think so! Thanks for watching!
*heart brakes into millions of pieces*
*starts collecting them all and putting them back togheter*
Lilo and Stitch is absolute favorite Disney movie. It holds my memory of the first Disney movie I loved and the only time I got to attend movie night at my elementary school.
Wow this is one of my favorite movies ever since I was a little girl but this makes a lot more sense like about pugde the fish and about Elivs if we're being honest I always thought she like Elivs because he was popular in Hawaii but this makes sense too!
Thank you for making this video :) I never knew what
happened to Lilos family. This is tragic and beautiful.
I love lilo & stitch. It has a special place in my heart. This movies is so important to me.
I just cried watching this
Oh no! I hope you feel better. Thanks for watching!
Now everytime Lilo says 'Pudge controls the weather' it hits so deep. );
I do feel bad for her,😦 and you made me cry (a little)!😢
**See her mother won in 1973** Damn, that makes this feel even sadder for me. She won in 1973 and died in a car crash.
Among my childhood heroes were the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. My favorite one; she was born in 1973, and yeah, passed away the same way . . .
What a heartwarming video
+RiceBunnyAri I'm happy you thought so! Thanks for watching!
Great video! Lilo has always been one of my favorite Disney characters.
Thank you! She is a great character and it's a great story. Thanks for watching!
Lilo and Stitch = Lost and Stitched together
Cute!!!
Elvis is popular in Hawaii. That’s why Dwayne (the rock) Johnson is a huge Elvis fan too. And Elvis is just so cool.
I love lilo I think she is one of the cutest Disney "princesses"
awesome video. I love Lolo & stitch so thanks for expanding on lilo some more.
My pleasure! I'm happy you liked the video. Thanks for watching!
This video broke my fucking heart.
I know what you mean! Thanks for watching!
OH MY GOD PUDGE IS THE MOST TERRIFYING CREATURE TO ROAM THE EARTH
Just by watching this video it makes me know more about lilo and she is starting to grow on me more
Oh no... Stitch almost died in the second movie....
Pudge wasn't fed a peanut butter sandwhich...
Maybe a half sandwich because he still lives
GUYS, I JUST REALIZED HOW CUTE LILO IS
Man this hit me hard. 💔
It is a very sad story! Thanks for watching!
I always loved Lilo and Stitch and this video made me cry
Wow .. this is actually very well thought out - good job!
Thank you! I'm happy you enjoyed! Thanks for watching!
I think that a great video idea would be how was genie created and ended up in the lamp
I sorta wanna cry
wow I never realized till now how much I have in common with Lilo, and it was my favourite series/movie as a kid
im trying not to cry
In Hawaiian mythology there is a god known as Kamapuaʻa, here is a excerpt from his wikipedia:
Kamapua’a divides the districts giving Pele (the fire goddess) the districts overrun with lava flows; he takes the Windward districts with the most rain.
