I have such a soft spot for this movie. It was the first horror movie I ever saw as a child. On a top-loader VCR rented from the video store on a Saturday night by my dad. Ahhh memories. Nice vid :)
First horror movie I remember seeing as a kid. Used to watch it with my dad. This movie will always have a special place in my heart and is a mandatory watch come Halloween time and heck even when I’m just feeling a horror movie 🍿
Just watched this for the first time today. The only part I had seen before was the "meddling little sh*t" part. A really enjoyable movie I found. I also discovered I have been misreading the character's names as coleslaw for all these years .
Great werewolf movie. I know what you mean tho bout the werewolf not looking nasty enough, or as mean as certain werewolves in some other movies but it definately doesnt spoil the movie or anything, it doesnt detract anything. Some of the scenes like the woods attack & the under the floorboards attack are great. Gary Busey is fantastic in it but when all said & done it just falls short for me as 1 of my fave werewolf movies compared to Dog Soldiers or An American Werewolf In London for example. Good film & nice review.

I wrote my own review and when I start RUclips I'll upload it and maybe you can give me your opinion on it. Silver Bullet was a film I watched religiously growing up and is one of (if not) my favorite werewolf film. There's a lot of eery shots, some great practical effects, and the bond between Marty, Janie, and Uncle Red is phenomenal. It's crazy that you actually feel for the characters in a werewolf film but damn, great chemistry. I give Silver Bullet a 9/10. Thanks for the review(even though I didn't ask for it lol) and keep on making great content.

Late Reply: I actually liked the typical, semi-cheezey werewolf. It worked as my image of a werewolf , going back to Lorne Chaney.

Well to me when I was a kid this was a kids movie I didn’t look at it as a horror movie maybe because of Corey 🤷🏽♀️
