Soldier Boy is played by Jensen Ackles. Dean Winchester from Supernatural. After 15 season of him playing a hero, it was very fun to see him as Soldier Boy ^^

29:21 Just in case nobody mentioned this to Alex: the marketing guy was in the support group in season 1; the guy who had an unfortunate accident with his ice-powered supe girlfriend. Not sure if it's mentioned in that episode either, but the support group is called Association of Collateral Damage Survivors, which is a whole other load of weirdness in itself.

Watching the octopus scene when it first came out was the only time I legitimately became nauseous watching an episode of television. Idk why, it's not even particularly graphic compared to other parts of this show, but it still haunts me 😅

After you finish watching Season 3 you should watch Gen V which is a spin off show for The Boys.
I think without watching gen v there will be some plot holes that wouldn't make sense. So I definitely recommend Alex watches it.

I really hope that you watch the spin off to The Boys called 'Gen V' - It is set in between the end of the latest season and the next season of The Boys, it carries on in real time, not a prequel or sequel or at the same time as past seasons of The Boys - so events that happen in Gen V will affect the next new unseen seasons of The Boys!! It also has some crazy and brutal death scenes and powers! lol Plus quite a few cameos of The Boys characters and more, MUCH more!!
