OMG, I just made the Jerk beans, but I modified it and added some jalapeño and chillies in adobo sauce and it is BOMBBBB!!!!! This is most definitely gonna be one of my staples!

Chia seeds and milk make pudding if you leave it overnight in a bowl. I mix it in the blender with banana and almond milk. You and I eat so much alike. Nice to know I'm on the right road. My goal by end of December 2017 to be fully vegan. I'm trying to incorporate a few more recipes to my life before I go all the way. I got to try the dinner you made. ~Smile!

plush furr I did this with hot oats...pre soaked my oats in coconut milk overnight then heated them next morning in microwave then added Pre soaked chia seeds, banana hemp hearts and agave. ..really good

Been vegan for a long while and totally committed. But, being much older, I find that too much fat caused me to gain weight. So I'm eating more starch and about 70% less fat. Hope that works better. I do feel better and less bloated.

I've noticed you never mentioned VEGAN Pesto, and as far as I know Pestos has cheese in it so you need Vegan Pesto and not just Pesto 🤔
lol don't worry Lucas, I would never buy pesto with cheese, especially since I'm allergic to dairy. Spent my entire life reading the back of packets! :) x

Mrs_JessD when you are allergic to that much stuff its not normal. You need to do a detox and cleanse with natural herbs. You are in overload on toxins.
Look at her Rachel Ama channel as well. Also things to check do you have a pollen allergy which makes you extra reactive at certain times other stuff to check do have any mold at home or at Work or might be sensitive to soy which influences the rest ( might be for the corn ) Turns out that When I stopped eating gluten and lactose ( still eat hard cheese and butter as well as goat and sheep cheese) I could suddenly have nuts again if it was non pollen season. Another weird thing is things like perfumed washing powder can fu..you up and increase sensitivity for food as well so look for weird coincidences and Don’t test stuff without having someone around who knows about it. Another tip is to Change up your food sources so that you avoid having the same thing to often and get really good vitamin and mineral superstrength pills since allergies are stressing to the body which depleates vit+ min which then makes you more prone to allergy ( lovely aint it)

A vegan pesto. Luck for me there are vegan pestos in most supermarkets in London. If you have any health food stores they're likely to have some! x
HI, my name is Rose. I'm very new to the vegan lifestyle but I'm so excited about feeding my body the right way. I love your videos. The recipes are easy and simple to follow. My question is... Won't I gain weight if I eat too much starch on one plate?
Thanks Rose!! I think you just have to be cautious, if you have a lot of starch one day try and make an effort to not have starch the next day, try and find a balance if that makes sense. I've lost a lot of fat since going vegan and I eat more food than I did before going vegan! x

Do you think you are adding enough protein to your pasta? There are now protein added pastas now. You don't need a lot of protein but you do need some. I also pop hard vegetables into the microwave for 1-2 minutes. It saves washing extra bowls and time. You basically made pasta primavera there. I would have also added some evoo.
I would really appreciate some help with eating clean and vegan. I am just starting out so any advise would make life a bit easier. I just did my oats, chia seeds, fruit and flax with almond milk for the morning! Mmmm! Thanks soooo much!

Nope, they soften in the almond milk, I prefer eating oats this way during the summer, I find it more refreshing with the fruit
