I’m from 818 as well. 42/M/ married 8 years…5 ERs (overdoses of Crystal Meth, Legit Paranoia Panic Attacks)..51/50 (Kaiser sent me as I wasn’t even On drugs, just trippin on the effects of the meth and grimy acts I was doing behind everybody’s back including my wife’s)…2 treatment centers, 2 Ambulance Rides. Investigated by 🚓 , multiple IOPS’s, different doctors telling me I need another doctor, Therapists, Psychologists, Suicidal Actions!!🌅. Meth, very hard alcoholic (drunk by 8am, Jameson from the bottle, IPAs, wine)…8 months prior to my check in 5/31/21 to Gooden Center In Pasadena..my moms slow death (infection was in stomach, watched her scream to death, literally)…it destroyed me, but somehow I’ve made it to the other side, for now..I’m now dealing with legit anger and depression, my coping skills are saving my life, along with all of you!! Alkaline diet , no sugar and low carbs (turn to sugar ) heaps water with lemon in it and whole foods .. there are natural things than can help rejuvinate liver growth ....

I can relate soooo much to the depression, im 46 yrs. old and have 5 heart attacks and quadruple bypass heart surgery. First heart attack was at age 32 and i havent been able to exercise like i use too and in turn ive gained 70 pounds and can barely breath most times. I feel so depressed cause i cant even do the easy stuff like i use too and it bothers me soooo much, cause i dont look out or sick but inside im like a 70 yr old man! As someone who lives in California and used to have an anger problem, don’t feel that your videos never helped people badger. All of your insights helped me realize what would happen if I didn’t calm down and where I would be heading and into what kind of environment. Stay strong my friend!
As an addict in recovery I know this is eazy said than done but focus on what you have brother. I myself sit in self pity quiet often, but we have to try and stay focused on the positive.
