This is definitely somewhere I would like to try when I’m next on a Virgin Voyages ship.
I get that the menu is a bit adventurous for some but I feel that a cruise ship is definitely the place to try new things.

Test Kitchen looks so cool and interesting to me. I like the variety of food with the proper pairings. I would’ve liked all the food minus the salmon and beet root. I would definitely enjoy the ginger cocktail and the apple cocktail. Thank you for bringing us along. Cheers.

Definitely some interesting ingredients! I would do this just to try different ingredients prepared in unique ways!
I like how unique the dishes were.
Im not sure I need to try beetroot foam again but if someone ever offers me corn pate then im up for it haha xx
I’m glad that a few things we had at test kitchen surprised you. Sorry you didn’t enjoy the drink pairing much Emma. We’ve always enjoyed it there but so think we prefer the other menu a bit better. Definitely needed a snack later though! Xx
I liked the corn and the orange sorbet best.
It was fun to try the new cocktails and because we had the bar tab it was like it was free anyway haha. xx
I’m a very adventurous eater and will try any dish once but I’m not sure I would like a lot of these. The older menu that Bob and Kelly have tried before seemed to have more things I thought I would like on it but I know they have to change menus sometimes. The drink pairings sounded nice. Emma, your face on some of those drinks 😂. I kept saying oh she doesn’t like that one.

It was definitely more for the experience.
I would say I probably enjoyed half of the dishes.
I didnt really like any of the cocktails but it was still fun to try them.

Hi Emma & Jon. The corn and the cornbread looked good. I like fruity cocktails as well. It's great you got to sample different cocktails and food items. The strawberry dessert looked so yummy. ~Ali🎀🏰💝
The Corn and the Strawberries were definitely the best courses.
I liked trying the cocktails but none of them were really a win for me haha xx
Some interesting dishes there, the asparagus sorbet looked very unusual. I love beetroot but the foam looked like something I might see in a patients drain 😂😂. Emma, your face when trying the cocktails 😂😂. It looked like a great experience though xx

The dishes were interesting but also very confusing.

Hi Emma and Jon, thank you for sharing this. I don't like beetroot. Dave drinks beetroot juice every morning as it helps with his running. It helps your blood take on more oxygen. I hate the smell of it. You had some lovely food and drink. Thank you for sharing this with us. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️

Love asparagus and sorbet but asparagus sorbet sounds very strange 😅 would be interesting to try though.
I dont know if I have ever actually tried asparagus or if I have just decided in my head I dont like it.
