- The best cars from the greatest era of touring car racing. Current BTCC fronrunner Jake Hill racing Laurent Aïello's 1999 Championship winning Nissan Primera against legends of the BTCC Super Touring era Anthony Reid and Paul Radisich.
It was a fantasitic weekend of racing split between the Indy and Grand Prix layouts of Brands Hatch. I really would recommend going along the the next time this meeting is held. I can't imagine the money and time spent getting these notoriously exotic cars race ready!

Thanks for the video. Super Touring in the 1990's was just the best motorsport ever. I think it was largely due to the cars themselves, a golden era for cars.

Nigel Mansell, John Cleland, Steve Soper, alain menu (whom I met and won a ton of signed prizes from at a TOCA 2 PC race setup in his mondeo) and rickard rydell in his Volvo! The rivalry, the cars incredible era and still is today.
Dude, they actually played at the track the intro song from the TOCA game. My life is complete.

Love the JAS Accord. In BeamNG there's a car that has its livery but looks more like the Primera. Awesome to see them racing and my first time seeing the EP3 in the same race.
Would have loved to have seen Hoy's winning '91 Listerine BMW in there. Amazing selection though
I had an awesome time here, came down from Newcastle with my Brother for this. Sad to not see the Primera's running on the Sunday though and the reason behind it.

Is that a 2.0 V6 like the road car? It looks like it has less frontal area in the glasshouse, and a lower nose and is generally more aerodynamic than some of the other cars. Perhaps it could have been a right weapon if it had been developed more in period?

Brilliant weekend. Shame Hill had to hit Whyte or would have been an epic race.
He didn't hit him. If you was there the guy who was walking round doing the commentary went over and was looking at the back of the car. Then when whyte got out he asked him directly if i he got hit .He said no it just snapped away from him.
So how many people did Anthony Reid crash into?
Would've expected an Audi A4, an Alfa Romeo 155, a BMW 3 Series, a Toyota Carina, a Mazda Zedos, a Volvo 850, a Nissan Primera (P10), a Peugeot 405 and a Ford Mondeo MK2, but okay.

Most btcc are a family car used for race. Just like advertising. Meanwhile DTM mostly luxury car
