Quick comparison of Meguiars endurance tire gel and Chemical Guys vrp. Meguiars has a glossy wet shine while vrp has more of a matte/satin black finish. Both are great products! Which tire shine do you prefer? Do you like your tires wet & glossy or matte satin? Like comment and subscribe!

I personally like the chemical guys more because the shine seems a little more natural in my opinion, definitely both great products though

Meguiar's Endurance Gel is overly shiny and greasy looking. VRP is clean, natural and classy looking. Chemical Guys VRP for the win! lol
You can give the Meguiars a look like VRP when you buff it
And I’m sure the dirt isn’t gonna stick to the VRP like the glossy greasy look
That VRP is for trim panels and such . Chemical guys has the tire and trim Gel. That’s what I use and it’s extra glossy
Works decent on tires as well, I'll have to try the trim gel

VRP is for tires chief. The name is literally and acronym for Vinyl, Rubber, Plastic. It works amazing on tires, it gives a nice natural shine not a greasy finish gloss. Chemical guys over saturates the market and will try and sell you something for the right trim panel, glove box cleaner, best left door cup holder cleaner etc.

I tried a bunch of different tire shines 10 years ago and Meguiars Endurance is all I've used ever since.
Meguiar’s tire gel will sling its contents when you drive
you need to read and follow all of the directions
VRP It is only for indoors, it can be placed for outdoor plastics but in your country it rains a lot and there is a lot of humidity it does not work ✨⚡️💎

It's not about who wins it's honest about your own perspective. If you want a shiny gloss wet finish then go with McGuire's if you want a flat clean wet but not oversaturated look.. go with chemical guys. I use chemical guys and all my details.. customers and clients love it!!
You have to understand if they have a wet look how much dirt is going to attract versus a dry look and how much dirt and break this it will attract.. looks army always to be shiny if it's oil based and attracts a lot of contamination such as brake dust, road grime, Grease, dust & debris..

I use it more than anything else as well 👍
After using a bottle of the endurance gel, I will not be buying it again. It’s oily, hard to spread, way to shiny (looks tacky) and doesn’t really offer protection, it’s just cosmetic until it washes off.
The VRP and Turtle Wash Acrylic tire shine are what I’m debating between. Overall I think the acrylic might be the best. The shine is in between vrp and endurance, but it also has water beading and is durable through a few washes.
Go turtle. VRP is not designed flr tyres its more for trim and plastics
U should be debating tire gel instead. It's oil based and will last way longer. Vrp is better for interior
Endurance is solvent based and VRP water based and can’t be compared

Iv never used endurance but VPR is pretty good but dosnt last that long on exterior surfaces. Interior works great though

Having had used the endurance gel (still got like a half bottle) and now using the VRP, I like the VRP better. The endurance gel has silicone I believe, so it does last a good while (even when if it rains) its harder to remove, harder to apply, and has too much gloss. If thats your jam then you will be happy because you will definitely have that “wet” look. I for one always preferred that wet look but my taste has changed. The VRP is perfect for me, it has that nice medium gloss, that lasts a long time, and I feel it protects, while as the endurance just for show.

Both look great! Personally I love that pretty much non glossy raw finish. But some if not most products, setup on a properly cleaned tire in about a day or two and will produce the real results. Love the content so far!

@@bhcamaro2002 yessir! I just got some CG Tire and rubber cleaner, with the Tire Kicker Shine(it says ultra glossy, but is not after it's set up. Just start with a small amount. I feel like you'll really like the results
@@bhcamaro2002 after cleaning properly and applying Tire Kicker, my tires have that deep black without all the gloss and looks even better now. I just applied it 3 days ago.
Super glossy tire shine never last long only for standing still
It's literally known best for lasting longer than most tire shine on driven cars. I don't care for how glossy it is when freshly applied, but after a day or two it dulls down to an appropriate luster, then lasts weeks. Proper applicator and technique, of course.
Endurance is for show. To shiny looks gaudy and phony looking. Where bro. Is a two way indoors and exterior plus bro cleans better your rims , endurance can’t go both way s. I choose the natural look like just having a clean looking tire VRP ❤

I use the Maguires tire shine and I love the shine, but you can let it sit for 24 hours and it will still sling

After application I do a micro fiber wipe down and that stopped the slinging.

I wipe down the mequiars with a micro fiber after application and that ended the slinging.
There is no competition because one is made from water and the other from oil.
I use the meguiar Tire shine I like it more shiney. But at the end its all comes down to taste. If you like it less shiney then VRP is a good one. Soo yeah..

Will the VRP last through rain or is it a one time only thing? Obviously I know nothing about tires. Trying to find something that will last a week. I wash my car weekly.

Chemical guys is water based and will not swing. If you got white paint you’ll see black dots from Meguairs. As well as other that are not water base.

I feel like they all do, I apply it with a soft brush. Got to give at least an hour to let it soak into the rubber. But there will still be a little sling.

Up to a month depending on weather and how much you drive

I love meguiars but I have a truck and sling is inevitable
VRP is like lithium grease. Almost impossible to wash your hands and on the tire rather a greasy coating, it is does not absorbing.
