Wym? They were working on 1000 gecs for like a year, and basically played out the demos for a Minecraft set the way DJs might play their wips (unfinished tracks) and see how the crowd reacts. Kinda like a stand up comedy thing. Obviously there's a sense of elation in seeing the chat absolutely blow up bc what ur debuting is phenomenal. But this set isnt the reason the songs exist, they were working on their debut LP for a while and got asked to do a set so they showed off the stuff they were already making cause they were so giddy abt it
