John, (below), I am 71 and I have loved Trance music ever since it was invented. Even more ironic, (which few people believe), I use Trance Remix for Meditation. Incorrect, you don't need stillness to meditate. Trance music usually has the background beat, and two melodies. You choose one of the three and that becomes the Mantra, and there you go, into your Inner Reality. I have reached Samadhi so many times I have lost count. Trance Remix gives you "Kick" in your Inner Reality that Meditation music rarely reaches. Peace to all and OM.

Indeed search its! all in your mind lets your self free and practice some pranayama breathing exercises.
Be one with nature and tuned my friend is my best personal and if i can do it, so can you.
One piece of advice in long-term use it is not good for your mind i suggest you to spent time in nature and just smoke and meditate in the nature.

THIS is the exact music that got me through my degree. I couldn't ever concentrate with anything else, or I'd just get really stressed out. Then finding this genre - especially this mix - really helped me just calm down and get focused. Such a small thing, but this image is the main picture I associate with the times I used to just sit and study to Rhydhm Dee's stuff for hours on end.

I am extremely picky about my psy, but you my friend have NAILED these mixes. I've been listening to them at the gym and feel that a trance like state and exercise is a great combo. People look at me like.. why is he dancing in the gym? Keep them coming please!!

You listen to music while you sleep? Does it not interfere with your deep sleep?
@@izgl yes and no. There are aural cues which trigger theta wave sleep which is shallower than rem state sleep. It is approximate to the twilight sleep when you are drifting off but you are able to control your dream state to a degree.

I was dancing to this the other day and having the time of my life. I got some weird looks from some but the younger generation gave me a thumbs up. I'm a 60 year young lady and love techno and, to tell the truth, being this age i don't care what other people think. Age is just a number. Let your hair down and live life. I normally hate most electronic mixes. I hate most electronic music though its probably my favorite genre next to punk. I generally just listen to pendulum, boards of canada, and aphex twin. But this is actually probably the best mix i have ever listened to. feels like a real album and every song shows the vast capabilities that psytance and electronic as a whole,
Each song is unique and also cohesive, and thats something i never find in electronic mixes or albums.
I started out as a huge weezer fan, and for some reason i started making electronic music. years later i still write electronic and listen to mostly rock. This is something ive been missing on my pallet of music. Probably my 6th time listening through this and i have to say thankyou.
