Mushrooms are great. I eat .5 grams often and just feel pulled back into alignment. I have used them in the past for "fun" but now it's purely a medication for personal growth. It's helping me step away from weed overuse and just being a more authentic version of myself. I'm preparing for a bigger dose around 5 grams with a very specific intention. I'm also looking forward to a future trip to Puru in a couple years for a plant medicine retreat. I have a close connection that grows them so I know the source and quality. I don't recommend anyone do them from random people. Stay safe and have a great life.
