Wow. Zakk did A LOT of stuff in between gigs with Ozzy at this time. Stuff like THIS, playing at places like strip malls in front of Subway restaurants in random cities in Michigan, all these side gigs with lesser-known musicians. He kept himself busy. Zakk is the man!

This was a CPR record, from a band lead by Randy which included Al Pitrelli and John O Reilly. I produced this record. Zakk did me a solid with guest vocals for this track. I went to California to record the guitar solo overdub. He nailed it quickly and then immediately doubled it note for note. All the riffs played around the vocal are Al Pitrelli. Then Zakk flew east to help us make the video. Zakk was a wonderful friend who gave his time ( flew across the country) and talent just to record this video. He is a good man, great talent and we all had a great time together.
