We Seniors need Affordable housing. We are not trying to upsize. We want to downsize to enjoy the rest of our lives.. It's ashame in this time of our lives people are being greedy. Even the young people can't catch a break with rent now.

That's for sure!!! I honestly don't understand the logic, I would say there's more of us poor people ( 55,000 - 70,000) with medium income than those that are making six figures and above and I am pretty sure that they can purchase all these homes that are been built with these extravagant prices. So why not make affordable homes that people can afford??? I don't get it!!! How does a county progress? By suppression of their citizenship??? 🙄🙄🙄

I think what's goin to happen is those who thought to move to Florida will select slightly cheaper options like South Carolina, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina and Georgia to name a few. As they move the prices up people will become wiser. I for one am fixed on Florida but I will use the "wait and see" approach. My wife and me make upwards of 6 figures each and I too think its not monetarily feasible. I want to move to Florida but don't want to be house poor and owing a huge mortgage.

Nice home for a huge price I bet. Would have to retire rich to afford this....lifestyle of the rich and famous. Rich gets richer and poor gets poorer. Not middle class like me. I work for a reputable large healthcare organization +55 but sure would be out of my reach. Lovely floor plan 👏 💕
Your so right!! It’s all about profits (greed) with these builders!! This country is in crisis now, in regards to housing with affordable rent. Homelessness is increasing!!!!!!!! What happened to the American dream????? Most average Americans can’t afford these homes!!!!!!
The bedrooms are ridiculously small. Claustrophobic. I'm sorry but this is too crowded. And where the heck is all the storage. Florida is stifling Lee Hot the last thing you want is a crowded bedroom to sleep in
This is a 55 plus community, unless ur kids are losers and still lives with u then ur problems are not that relevant

Price range is probably too high. I like the pool? Or exercise pool . That’s great for me. Need room for equipment , gear. Can’t get thru the entrance ways without issues.
As always new looks great. Once you move in . Start to clean .. you realize ceiling too high. Walls to high.

God i LOVE TOLL BROTHERS designs!!! They do EVERYTHING in QUALITY 🌟🌟🌟 but you DO PAY! Worth every penny if you can afford them. However I can’t and can’t even DREAM of it unless win a lottery and I don’t play! 😂i should lol. Gorgeous place, contemporary is not my cup of tea, yet they do it quite well! They have so MANY styles to choose from, and built with integrity. Unless or until someone proves me wrong, they are my dreamteam! Thanks for sharing🙏🏻❤️

What is the base price
Does the furniture come with it? It is kind of big for retirement as the cleaning would take 2 days. It's spaciousness is what makes this an ideal house for those seniors who like company all the time.

@@mustseesouthfloridahomes The decor is gorgeous. A bit of feedback: as a 55+ community, why make the kitchen/eat-in bar so high? I am younger and do not even like eating in high chairs like that. It is not safe, for many reasons. Not to mention it cuts off circulation to the legs.

Like the open plan design of kitchen. Would have liked to seen, more space in the garden for sitting. View from garden is not that spectacular either.
Beautiful home!!! I have worked in a builder's model homes within the last few years and the size of the rooms are typically the same. I am currently building and the 5 builders models we looked at were not near as nice as this. What I see as popular is a long hallway in all homes. Ps...the interior is so well done and the landscaping I want to copy ;)
