I’m her height and was the same weight in my early 20s without dieting. 90% genetics, the other part was I was always active since I was a kid. Everyone is different. I naturally gained weight as I got older, but I was healthy and didn’t have any issues or a bad relationship with food.
She actually does get snacks sometimes at random hours and even after midnight. I guess she's just careful on drinking much water and exercising often! She always shares her routine. If you guys want to try it, please be careful and don't do it by your own all a sudden.

but each meal she take is sooooo little. example: she ordered beef tounge soup, dumplings and rice. But she ate 1 dumplings, drink the soup only without the beef, and 1 tbsp of rice. and the other meal example: not even half package of instant noodles and probably 100-150gr of grilled pork belly. Too little calories for a day.

For those who don’t know the negative effects of starvation and low body weight: You can have tachyarrithmyias which is where your heart will start to beat irregularly and fast. Can cause death and this causes the most deaths due to super low BMI. You can loose too much muscle and your heart will suffer as a result because it is also a muscle whose walls will become thinner. This is very dangerous. Next you can experience hair loss, be cold alot, and depression is common. It is not worth looking thin and loosing your health. I’m in med school and I hope people can learn the truth about dangerous dieting. It is better to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise to loose fat. Take care of your body, it is not an accessory, it is what keeps you alive.

That's what I do. But I have an ED so I drink alot of water, breakfast is around 200 calories and dinner can be around 600 cals or less. I also try to walk as much as I can throughout the day. But as someone with an ED, that is definitely not something I reccomend doing. Constant headaches, being so cold, hair loss, thinking only about food, bad social life etc etc I could go on and on, so please don't go into this route.

Intermittent fasting mostly leads to hormonsl imbalance or hormonal fluctuation which might lead to bloating and breakouts. However intermittent fasting maybe for some people, eating only two meals a day as an adult is not the best option. You can always eat the things you love and create a balanc. Guys im a nutritionist/dietitian, i respect her diet, but please do not try to copy her! What works for her may not work for you. Also, I'm kinda concerned because it's really hard to get your micro and macro nutrient requirements if she eats only two meals... It's different for men, they can fast longer than us cause they don't have this issue. And I don't think doing your entire day without eating at all is a good thing. Even with fasting you can chose to eat earlier.

The reason why she takes lunch instead of supper is because she wants her body to enter interminent fasting or in other words longer RMR to burn off excess fats on her body. This is actually pretty good for her since she doesn’t need to workout and just practice choreography all day.

I felt the best when I fasted, it's hard and you need to fight yourself at first to get used to it, but once you do it's awesome I felt more energetic and productive since I wasn't always thinking about food. I hope I can do it again 😭

I tried fasting and eating 2 meals a day too since I'd like to get to around 50 kg, but it just ended up making me so hungry that when I got to eat I was eating super fast and more than usual while feeling anxious. I guess my body got stressed from the lack of food I was giving to it or something. So I just stopped. I wonder how she does?
She's definitely not 41kg
I felt the best when I fasted, it's hard and you need to fight yourself at first to get used to it, but once you do it's awesome I felt more energetic and productive since I wasn't always thinking about food. I hope I can do it again 😭

Yes bc any time she shows her meals she always have everything that her body needs and she always eat a lot in her two meals so I think it’s okay plus she workouts
