what? I have the same height but maybe I am 12kg heavier and I am underweight and super skinny, usually I am the skinniest person... I think this number is severely underweight which might lead to health complications. I hope she just lie about that number....

Bruh I’m 40kg & my height is 145cm & already considered pretty skinny for my height. A 163cm at 41 kg ? That’s totally unhealthy. I hope people don’t blindly follow this diet & suffer just bcos they want to loook skinny.

It depends on what she eats for her 2 meals. If it's small portions then no but if it's a filling portion then it's fine. Also 12AM is not my cup of tea since it's not too good to eat before bed.

I used to starve myself to achive the "perfect" body. I came from about 60 to 47 kg in 2 months and lost most of my hair. Now two, almost three years later I can tell you it is not worth risking it all to fit a "beauty" standard.

I love her and no hate, but thats definitely not healthy. You should eat per your requirement tho, but dont ever starve yoyrself. Intermittent fasting mostly leads to hormonsl imbalance or hormonal fluctuation which might lead to bloating and breakouts. However intermittent fasting maybe for some people, eating only two meals a day as an adult is not the best option. You can always eat the things you love and create a balanc. Eat like you love yourself no stress girliess♡♡♡

Guys im a nutritionist/dietitian, i respect her diet, but please do not try to copy her! What works for her may not work for you. Also, I'm kinda concerned because it's really hard to get your micro and macro nutrient requirements if she eats only two meals... She's probably eating less than her body is burning, so that's why she's so thin, also with the intermittent fasting.
