i love how its a military style plane, but is literally also a luxury speed demon. the seats and interior looks beautifully laid out and very comfortable
What are the particulars on the building of this bird? Can you describe what the kit provides? How many hours were put into it and by whom? What specialized skills and tooling are required? What is the ultimate cost of this particular build including engine and avionics? It appears to be a very nice machine. I’m sure it’s fun but is it also practical for two people on a trip in terms of range, max gross, c.g., and baggage capacity?
Piecing together the clues about the engine sounds like a Walter M601. Landing airspeeds sound similar to my RV7A. What is the range, fuel burn, fuel capacity? How was it to build, costs and factory support? Any quick build options like Vans Aircraft has?
Sweet plane but it has an arduous history. Just like the ViperJet, they are all one off custom jobs, that are not snap together kits like you would find in an RV, Sonex or Kitfox. Major money, major time and pilot requirements leaves these "toys" to the one percent'ers.
@@geraldthomas5915 I'm not sure what numbers you were looking at. But at $500,000 to build one, or $300,000+ for a used one, it is a little more expensive than most cars. And burning 50-70 GPH isn't chicken feed either. I am an airplane owner, and fly as often as weather allows.
baron hyatt , not one but two drop tanks one for each wing. Of course then I’d want a couple more hard points for “goodies” to carry then about 400 more horsepower to handle it all. Nah, just plunk down a couple of mil for al surplus F4 Phantom 2 !!!
William Hernández my favourite plane on earth! Simplicity of propeller drive with the lightweight , jet fighter performance, efficiency and the reliability of a gas turbine!
At high altitudes it runs best on Fushfush (a chicken that was yelled at for three hours before being run over by a Mercedes Benz, according to Family Guy...)!
It has an aggressive look ...Just add to the airframe a minigun pod , a couple of AA training missiles and a head up-display. You will have a "puma cub" to train the Air Force . Ah, do not forget to give me credit for this idea, please. ( joke)
Sadly, lawyers have made aviation so expensive that planes like this are beyond the price range of most pure pilots until they are almost too old to properly enjoy the machine’s full envelope. Happy to intern for someone who can afford a few of these and learn how to myself!
crazyskyguy it’s not just lawyers, be real. A 300+ knots turbine airplane with modern avionics. Your point might rain true with light GA aircraft (a Cherokee used to cost the same as an average car, now it’s ~$350k) but a fast turboprop would never be cheap enough for the average joe to afford.

Looks like the small cousin of the P-51 Mustang or the P-63 Kingcobra ... with some modern flare.
I was gonna say a p63 kingcobra
good point.... now that I think about it looks like (2/3) P-63 and (1/3) P-51 and slightly smaller
either of those, or super tucano would destroy this little kit plane toy
What about a Pilatus PC-7?...
If it had the scoop it would be a 3/4ths mustang with a turbine engine
Like a P-51 and a P-39 got together for a night of drunken passion and nine months later...

Nice small aerobatic and trainer turbopropeller plane!!Awesome maneuvers!!!👏👏👏🤘🤘❤
Sweet! Looks nice too. Nice paint job.
The music is really irritating and it actually does the opposite of what you think it "adds" to the production value et al.
THANK YOU FOR THE EDIT. now I can enjoy the interview.
WOW What a beauty, the belly bulge really helps it look like a P-51.
The new Garrett Turbine Legend pulls 10,000 fpm. I need to experience this in my lifetime
Very nice Bird!!
Looks like a modern P-40/P-51with some Airacobra added in !
Max speed ?
Thats a lot of horsepower.
Nice airplane, fly safe.
I should like to see more videos of this plane...please & thank you!
Beautiful Bird!
Nice looking plane😊

Reminiscent of the Piper Enforcer, which was a fire-breathing P-51 that never made it into production (that I know of). Pretty airplane.
I need this in my life.
What a great personal transportation machine!
....what a little BEAUTY!!!
Nice shot of an Air-Evac Lifeteam helicopter taking off too! What airport was this?
Air Evac chopper, lol! I may have been flying that one.
My dream plane! I want a Turbine Legend with the Garrett engine!
tucanos are no where in the same league. this is a neat toy, the other a real war machine.
I WANT ONE! Let me win the lottery real quick.
Me too
Go head over to the Massachusetts Windfall Lotto, watch the vids on how it gave you free money
Much affirmative goin' on!
Nice performer.
Thanks for letting us know it will run both economically and non-...were you going to give us any NUMBERS???
Sweet! I want one, all I need now is a big bag of money! =)

Sure looked nice
Nice plane.
Put a PT6 in it and then let’s talk power
Walter are a fraction of the price!
i see you everywhere
I was just thinking that! Someone put a big TPE-331 in one!
Now that is awesome!
beautiful plane. no music please
I must have one of those! I’d give it a different livery and put a nice pinup girl on it :-)
AAArrrgghh....so cool! I want one!
nice airplane. good for surveillance missions..
Performs just like the T-6 Texan II
It doesn't hurt that it looks much like the P-51 without the extended cooler underneath.
Gotta love that intentionally homage. It didn't have a radiator, but they decided to give it that bulge anyways.
i will one day, either own this or a p51 and learn to fly
BADASS!!!!! the only missing thing are six .50 Brownings.
Just wait until I hit the Mega Millions or Powerball...just wait!
I thought it was out of production.. good to see it flying.

all turbine toys are for big bucks. at least there are ppl with the dough so we can at least see them. else it would be all airliners...
@John Doe Really? I guess not everyone has kids in college...

I loved to own one.
Fabulous!
All it takes is $$$$$
And time, being a kit build.
😭😭😭😭😭 I know. I don't have nuff $$$$!!!!😭😭😭
And that’s why they went out of business
200 kts cruise with a TOTAL cost the same as owning the average car. That’s what aviation needs !!

This would be fun to fly
A few numbers would have been nice but a really cool airplane!!!
Reminds me of the F51 Cutlass
"And what do you want for christmas little boy?"
It'd be nice if you can put a drop tank on it increase the range

This thing I want to fly and compare it to the P51
Nice airplane
Goddamn, I really want one now :D
I wish I'd learned to fly when I was younger.
If you can pass a flight medical it's never too late
Aeronave muito interessante! 🌟
P-39 + P-51 =This plane
39, 51 or tucano could blow this plane away
William Hernández my favourite plane on earth! Simplicity of propeller drive with the lightweight , jet fighter performance, efficiency and the reliability of a gas turbine!
P-39 + P-51 = 2P-90
Wow, I want one 😀
This makes me want to get a pilot license
How about defrosting and deicing ? is possible to order also components for that?
Dream Machine
I need dis.
Steveokinevo needs to fly this once.
I want one.
It would be my little flying🐅
That is a modern day p51 mustang.
Would be cool if they made a taildragger version
Is there an option for hardpoints on it?
Narrator: *Talking about the plane's performance and specs*
Me: Yea yea I don't need any more convincing shut up and take my money! 😍
Nice!!
i want one!
How about some VNE and cruise numbers?
New USAF CAS?
Someone at my local airport crashed this on takeoff into a bail of hay and wrote it off.
Do turban engines run on falafel?
only if flying over middle east and north africa 😂

How much fuel per hour ?
I wonder if it can be a War plane, too.

If I were a rich man...Yaga digi digi Dee.. song from Fiddler on the Roof! Then...I would fly this airplane.

Got wood.
What’s the damage?
Looks like the company has disappeared, the website is gone, domain is for sale.

How come it has a training wheel.
Venom Legend domain is for sale. Guess they shut down.
its wings and tail is p-51 and the body is a p-63 like they fuse together..
A P-51 in it's final form
It's gone way beyond super sayan
Looks like a little P-51
I want one
Is the back seat lower?
Razorfish higher
No it's higher, similar to military trainers.
Razorfish The front seat it lower
Should be a taildragger :)
Cool!
Dwarf Mustang !!
