I lost 5lbs in 3 days- Soft diet challenge

- Is a soft diet worth it? I am going to say that although I wasn't constantly starving and I do prefer this over a Juice cleanse...I don't think its something I would recommend for long term results.
Soup Recipe:
Olive oil
1 diced onion
Minced garlic
(sauté until fragrant)
I seasoned until my ancestors told me to stop with the following:
Pepper, salt, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, chili powder, sage, rosemary, ginger powder, bay leaves, garlic and roasted herb seasoning.
I browned 1lb ground turkey in my pot along with the onions and garlic, once it was cooked I added the rest of my ingredients
1.5 cartons chicken stock (about 6 cups)
1 large sweet potato cut into bite sized pieces
1 can cannellini beans- rinsed
cook until sweet potatoes are tender and then at the end I added 2 cups spinach 2 cups chopped kale. I don't like to let the vegetables cook so long that there are no more vitamins left lol
I forgot to buy my can of diced tomatoes so I chopped a few grape tomatoes
and popped them in.

You lost extra water weight (which you can also do just by drinking a lot of water). You did not lose 5lbs of fat.
I drink lots of water but you are probably correct...water and poop weight 😆
