My question to you rahma is how are you going to teach your children the somali language when yourself struggles My think is no Indian or Arab kids will be struggling In their language why Why as It’s embarrassing 🙈
Loads of people struggle with their language including Indians and Arabs. Living abroad means you speak the language of that country because you’re so surrounded by it hence why we’re not as fluent in the mother tongue. Rahma speaks very good Somali and there’s nothing embarrassing about that.
I learnt to speak somali properly as an adult in Hargeisa, af somali is not hard especial if your parents speak it and you been hearing it all your life.
