Con O'Neill in Murder City (2006)

Con O'Neill plays Spencer Grieves in episode 1x04 of Murder City, "Mr. Right." He's a criminal who, unsurprisingly given his career, is in prison. He's clearly having a ball in this role and it's a ton of fun to watch.
