The “trolly” as you called it is called a “Dumb Waiter”. A lot of older homes had them on the interior in the kitchen to get food and drinks upstairs d so o items wouldn’t spill when trying to walk upstairs. Other people used them in different rooms to put laundry on so after washing clothes they could put them on the Dumb Waiter and take it upstairs.
We just need a 2 bedroom 2 bath single story. All 3 of our children are with the Lord, so it’s just my wife and I. The extra bedroom will be for guests and an office space.
