Reminds me of when Ronnie O’Neal cross examined his son, which was slightly worse since he was being questioned by the actually perpetrator who was also his dad. But I remember they had him do it over video FaceTime which I think is better than having them in court.

Atatiana, her father, and mother all died within 3 months. I pray this child is safe and has proper guardianship.

What’s all 3 of them are deceased 3 months after the shooting? So who is taking care of him now and his grandmother is also deceased now such a sad tragedy justice has to be done for him and the rest of his family , that officer never identified himself

Well...the kid was a better on the stand than many adults, he did an incredible job considering his age and what he's been through. I understand why they needed him to testify, but it's unfortunate. If his childhood wasn't over the night this all took place, it certainly is now. I hope the remainder of his youth can be healthy and normal.
His life is just beginning and he has much to look forward to. Many blessings to him in Jesus name.

@@brucelee6836 the way the judge dismissed the sisters testimony and his "let's move on" attitude I would sadly have to agree and that would be a terrible mistake by that judge because I really feel if this cop is found not guilty the rioting we had here in Kenosha ain't gonna be nothing compared to what's to come.

This poor child was forced to be the face of the next generation of traumatized black children who's life will never be the same. His fear and anger brought on by a careless officer the department and others in authority already knew was a threat to the community but still cut loose on an unsuspecting community.

He if he didn't announce itself when he came to her door and she had her doors open and she didn't know you see the area she lives in he that she was probably scared and thought it was an intruder but he got more scared than shot her first and her own house when he was supposed to be so he should announce the police I'm here for a welfare check.. but he didn't do that and he didn't know that that's messed up Fort Worth is just killing police everywhere we go black people I remember when I was homeless and I haven't lost my life but I remember this my first encountered with police I asked the lady I was in front of the Starbucks here in Austin sending the one that's on Congress that's the lady at the bus stop going into Starbucks if she had 75 cents so I can get on the bus so I can get where I needed to go and look at me and went in there I called the police there were four police on me all for 75 cents I went there they took me to jail they were going to do all kind of stuff talking about they going to give me a citation blah blah blah but my blood pressure shot up so bad and that they had to give me to the hospital and they left me alone but it's a crying shame 75 cent I need to do time for $75 like I'm a thief and stole 75 million white man's law white man's law always has been a white man's law
