Neon Splatter Cake

I had lots of fun making this and made a fair bit of mess too...but I think the end result was totally worth it!
Products used:
- ‪@americolor8936‬ Electric Kit for neon colours
- American Buttercream for splats and black
- Custom cake topper made by Papel Cuts, they are on Instagram (go check them out!)
