@@BharatDesignServicesthe Pak govt system is a military-corrupt politician complex where the corrupt come and loot the country while they become PM with military support from behind the stages. No corrupt person would bring someone like Uzair to the table because the character of people like Uzair doesn’t allow them to engage with corruption and dishonesty that is seen in the govt. Both military and corrupt scratch each other’s backs so-to-speak so they have no incentive to bring someone capable on board. I agree with you that he can bring lots of positives to the country. I am doing a dual Masters in Sustainable Agriculture ( umbrella under which precision ag comes) from Italy and the US. This is the future and so many startups can be started from this. It has the potential to turn everything l. In the US, agriculture farms are huge so it becomes an additional challenge but in small farms like we have it’s relatively easier but we lack the tech. Then we need to diversify our crops from wheat and rice to other stuff that we are importing. I can write a whole essay on this. I am just so happy to see this.

Ps: Disagree on your points on how India can also benifit from trading with Pakistan. To be brief, the benifit of the indo-pak trade will be phenomenally skewed in Pakistan's favour vis-a-vis India so Pakistan needs to make the environment favourable for such trade.

Small observation: Neither China nor India have fostered terrorism on each others' soil. Problems etween China and India are fairly upfront and in public domain; therefore the concept of an honor among enemies prevails. Pakistan on the other hand has a history of double cross, covert wars and terrorism, not just with India but all its neghbors and USA as well. Indian policymakers are right now just like the US policymakers regarding Pakistan. If it cannot pass the due diligence of the US, India is hardly likely to bring down its guards

idk if its because indians live in a bubble or if it's them just trying to be deceitful to themselves because your state has done covert operations in our country and facilitated and harbored terrorists on numerous occasions, just because it's done in pakistan you don't consider it that way, thats why they say 1 man terrorist is another's freedom fighter and secondly if you haven't that's only because your state was too incompetent to do so, theres no such thing as "honour" among states, states only have objectives, and you speak of honour what honour do you have, your state openly discriminated based on religion, and uses something as sensitive as religion for political milage so stop it with this nonsense, and where was the honour when your state was killing sikhs in canada, they are children of your soil, where did your honour go?

I don’t know whether India has promoted such activities in China or not but China has definitely stoked the anti national sentiment in India in its bordering regions. They fully support the Naxalites & maoists on our soil against the Indian government to create an environment of chaos and stoke more internal conflicts in India. That honour among neighbours is no more. China is in full colonial expansionary mode trying to grab as much land as possible in Asia.

      1) Pak Might Use Their Good Economy Against India. Hence, It's In India Benefit To Leave Pak On Its Own State.
But, This Is A Negative Mindset. We Need To Find Some Solution. How Long Can 2 Neighbors Live Like This?
India Should Strengthen Its Own Security Enough That No One Could Breach It.
      2) Do We Need To Let Pak People Come India?
Because This Is A Major Concern For 2 Reasons. 1st - Illegal Migrants, Visa Overstay.

Now that shit has hit the roof in Pakistan, all the experts have discovered how economically useful Pakistan is to neighbours.... and therefore India is at fault for not trading with the "Great Pakistan"

When Junaid says that the 30 lakh car which now sells for 1 crore is still selling. Yes it is but sales are down 70% from what they were just 2 years back. Far fewer people can now afford to buy cars.
Until oct 2023, 69,481 cars have sold in Pakistan year todate. In India, in octobet alone 310,000 cars have sold. Annual expectation is around 4.1 million which is about 59 times the sales in Pakistan.
If Pak economy is truly 1.8 times $350 billion as claimed by Uzair then its true size is $630 billion. In other words Indian economy is just 6 times that of Pak economy. Yet number of cars sold is 59 times that of Pakistan. Number of cinema halls (a proxy for cinema tickets sold) is around 50 times of India. Hotel jndustry revenues in 2023 in Pakistan is expected to be $1.21 billion while in India it is expected to be $24 billion.
If indeed the Pak economy is only 1/6 of India, where is the buying power reflected?
Ok, if Pakistanis are not buying, are they investing? Market capitalization of pak economy is $45 billion. That of India is $3900 billion ie 86 times.
If someone says Pakistais do not invest in stocks they invest in plots, let me tell you that construxtion in India far outstrips that of Pakistan.
In consumption as well as investment if indian figures are 20-90 times of pakistan, how can you believe that indian economy is just 6 times that of pak economy?

@59:00 My take on a few things Ujair said:
    1) Due to currency depreciation and extremely costly resources for manufacturing like water and electricity, the cost of a vehicle with the same set of features in India Vs Pakistan will not be 30%-40% but it will be in 2x to 3x multiple. for eg we can have an alto here for around 4.5 lakh Indian rupees tops (including state taxes)
    2) Pakistan had a geographical advantage and could have played key player in connecting business routes to central asia but two things marred that idea:-
    a) Terrorism - Support of terrorism (and by Pakistanis own admission) created an unconducive route to trade reliably across border and business owner wants stability
    b) Short-sighted approach that without Pakistan's there is no way to trade with central asia. Well you can enjoy geographical advantage only for so long because people will eventually find other ways or new technology will evolve to nullify your geographical advantage. Otherwise, there is no way being at a key location in maritime map and land map, Karachi could not achieve scale of Shanghai or any other biggest port of the world
    3) Debt trap - Here I completely disagree with the definition of what Ujair is subscribing to. See debt trap is not an instrument implemented by force but its a system where unviable loan agreements are signed with complete opaqueness ( which is laughable if you are doing that in a democracy because there is no way for the public to know, and then whose interest this lack of information will server). Now a project can only become debt trap when primarily its not producing enough income and serving as only debt liability coupled with the inability of the nation to repay. Now if cpec is successful for Pakistan it must reflect in Pakistan's balance sheet and till now there are no signs of it.

India is target of large scale Illegal immigration from mainly Bangladesh,Rohiyangias from Bangladesh and Burma and has impacted border states like WB,Assam, NE resulting in demographic change ,political unrest however their contributions to the Indian economy.

But what normalisation does both countries need?? I don't see any abnormalities here. You want conversation now because you need it, you need it to get better at your economy. But I feel if that happens, again we'll be stabbed just like parliament, 26/11, Kargil, Pulwama and many more. I don't think we(Indians) want it. I don't want Ukraine-Russia situation, I can't see Hamas-Israel situation. It's better this way. People who want to be affectionate, be in Dubai, London or US but not in border.

The history has witnessed it again and again. Any peace attempted, followed by a major attack on India. We have been victims of terrorism, and you never really took any proper actions against it rather denied. I feel, it's better this way than to have bood shed.

I had personal knowledge of smuggling via the Afghan route for Unilever products, that Uzair mentioned. It happens with the knowledge of the company and authorities.

Tumhare experts bhi aadhe pakke ghade hai yarr. Vo keh raha hai ki Pakistan sare Muslims ke liye bana tha. In bewakoofo ko kon samjhae ki Pakistan sirf vo UP/Bihar ke top 1% zameendaro ke liye bana hai. Or 99% public toh bass labours/slaves hai jo exploit hoti hai. Sad state of affairs man. These are your experts??!!!
