For $14 I'd say that's a pretty darn good deal, even if it only lasts one run. With a bit more thought into the design, this could become a really great product!
It's the bindings and boots that'd make this not work imo...chances are if you own your own bindings and boots then you have a snowboard. Also if you're going to pay the money for the bindings/boots then you're going to buy a board. If they could get cheap enough bindings/boots to throw on this and sell it as a one day product for under 30$ and it actually lasted a day then you might have something there.

i think that this would be a perfect alternative to rental boards for people on a budget and only need to ride for a few days at a time. and you dont have to worry about returning anything.
Please make a board with junk yard car doors as bottom plate/edges and bike tube like air if you dare filled with used oil from a car oil change also I love what you guys do it makes people really think you can do anything you set your mind to + please make videos more often
Judging by what my board has taken, give me a cardboard one I'll snap it in the first 10 seconds. Newbies can't load the board evenly. We don't know how to stand on the damn things.
You guys could do a combination of a snowboard and snowskate. Personally i love the cut and responsiveness of my snowskate but the lack of surface area for speed and bindings for powder and tree trails im forced to use my snowboard in the mountains. The way i see it a slightly longer snowskate with bindings and a slightly larger ski in width and length could fix this. I'd love to see this theory tested.
would love too see some assignable led strips in a boat playing loads of patterns, the strips are a tad pricey though and you need some kinda controller

you can use anything dude I use a steering wheel for my iphone, slr camera, etc i saw that from a FreddieW video and it works great to keep smooth motion when recording video

Should have tried superglue and 100 layers of paper. Much stronger than cardboard.
Resin would've been better than superglue but just straight layers of paper, not corrugated, would've held up better. Not as flexible, but sturdier.
