If the LED's are current limited for 12v, and you've doubed the voltage, why not wire them in series?

At around 23:22 you are talking about the speed controller made by Radial Link(?) and how difficult it is to get them to work properly. You said you have to hold one arm over your head and hop around on one foot while reciting the National Anthem. But even after all that I bet they still wont work at 100% . I think I have the answer to your quandary, you need to recite the Chinese National Anthem. Do this and i believe all your concerns will go away. LOL Just kidding. The only way to get good working electronic parts is to buy from ANYONE but the Chinese. Problems solved.
