You can change how much it effects the vocal and how violent it is. The song definitely has autotune on it, it’s just part of the song making process

I wish there was a voice enhancer 😭, im an audio engineer and people don't even understand how hard our job is, making a song actually sound good across all devices, there was a dude behind this song in the making sitting there setting his vocal processing chain up for probably hours making it sound as good as possible with compressors and equalizers and many engineer mixing tricks, mixing is an art by itself.
