There is a difference between Russian propaganda and the West propaganda. Western propaganda is more like an advertising. Just like Abrams tank is the best, or HIMARS is accurate. Russian propaganda is a mixture of silence, self depreciating, truth or consequence, and what they have already accomplished. You have to read their lips and find out if it is a threat or a promise. They are full of riddles. Just saying.

Russia conducts military conflicts only on its border, aimed at protecting Russia's security. Russia has never attacked remote countries. Russia has never used nuclear weapons. At the same time, the United States is fighting a huge number of military conflicts far from its borders due to its strength and resources. The United States has killed hundreds of thousands of civilians in remote corners of the world. It was the United States that used nuclear weapons twice, but not for military purposes, but intentionally against the civilian population. It is unlikely that Russia will strike first. Remember what media used to say one year and half ago : Russia has exhausted all its missiles ; Russia pretends to have functional hypersonic Kinzhal and Zircon ; Russia has a poor army, with no equipment, no good training, and most of the soldiers are drugged and drunk soldiers. Etc.

Russia possesses one of the largest nuclear arsenals in the world, with a diverse array of delivery systems, including intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs), submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs), and strategic bombers.
Russian military personnel undergo extensive training, and while incidents of misconduct may occur, it would be inaccurate to characterize the majority of soldiers as "drugged and drunk." Like any military, Russia's armed forces consist of dedicated professionals who take their duties seriously.

I think Poseidon is a real weapon and it is almost certainly functional. A nuclear-powered torpedo with a conventional warhead or a nuclear one is feasible.
Moreover, this is a defensive weapon. Russia's nuclear doctrine only allows the usage of nuclear weapons if the U.S. strikes first or if the existence of the Russian state is at stake.
The United States' nuclear doctrine does, however, include the right to strike first...
So, which country is the most dangerous ? Certainly not Russia as their nuclear weapons are strictly defensive weapons and can only be used in response.

Putin has said clearly and repeatedly that he'd only utilize such weapons if it was attacked by NATO. That's a pretty important detail. You called it a first strike, but if NATO starts it, it's not a "first strike" anymore, is it? NATO is a Cold War relic. It exists so that Europeans can get defense that the Americans pay for and so the American politicians can drive arms sales to the defense contractors who fund their campaigns. It should have been disbanded 30 years ago when the Soviet Union fell. All we get now is gaslighting designed to get us into a war that we ourselves are starting and profiteering from.

There are only 4 countries in the world that have voluntarily given up their nuclear weapons: South Africa, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine. You're right. Russia got into the situation in which it is currently mired in Ukraine because it underestimated the Ukrainians. Of course, because of that, we learned an important lesson: that we had been overestimating Putin for the past decade. Copentent generals throughout the ages - going at least as far back and probably much further than Sun Tzu - knew that you don't want to underestimate *or* overestimate your opponents. Over a century and a half ago, McClellan failed largely because he overestimated his adversary. It's important to weigh all the evidence and be mindful of the fog of war. As was said, maybe 100 years ago seems to still be true today: "Russia is never as strong or as weak as it appears."

We all know that without the support of all the west and US Ukraine wouldn’t be where it is today, let us put hate aside and stick to reality, I know that most people from the west won’t agree that Ukraine is still where they are today because the west have been supporting them.
      1. Ukraine have received different kinds of weapons from the west which Russia have never face in wars before and that’s very challenging.
      2. Ukraine have access to the world market where they can buy all the components that they need to build new weapons as they learn lessons from battlefield to counter Russia.
      3. The west is helping Ukraine with intelligence with their advanced satellites and spy networks.
      4. The west is helping Ukraine to build new weapons to counter Russia.
Let’s assume that Russia have access to the world market what do you think would happen to Ukraine by now? Ukraine can get most advanced chips to build anything they want but Russia can’t because of sanctions.
In reality, Russia is fighting not just Ukraine but all The west and USA.

Russia can actually claim they have an operational new generation tank that’s in service. One that won’t be used in a high intensity war like the war in Ukraine that requires vast quantities. Not to mention that they’re literally presented with the opportunity to further enhance and optimize that tank with all the lessons they’ve learned fighting a modern war in the age of FPV drones. The west doesn’t have an operational new generation tank. That’s just a fact.
