MICHEL’S … A MOST FAVORITE PIANIST OF MINE ✌🏽🤗✌🏽🎵 🎹
Over my decades of touring I became friends with Michell. To say he was an incredible as a pianist is an understatement. To say he was my friend was an honor and a privilege. Loved him dearly…
An amazing guy , with an amazing personality. The music spoke for itself and still does.
Even after listening to him many times, I remain astonished at the beauty that came out of his fingertips.
I saw him play in Edmonton. The bass player carried him on stage like a child , his playing knocked everyone out , amazing player !
Great choice to make a video about Petrucciani. It was a pleasure to watch.
It will always astonish me just how powerful natural, musical talent really is, and how much pain some people can endure.
Thank you 🙏🏼. I have been with this wizard of a musician, this wizard of a human being for about 30 years, I hope to enjoy and cherish his spirit for another 30 if I’m super fortunate. Thank you again for this superb look into this tragic but beautiful life. You have given a huge gift to the future with this biography. 🙏🏼
Fantastic. Michel is a massive inspiration to me as a musician and for his indomitable spirit. He played like no one else. I have never seen anyone else pour out their heart and soul as fully and unreservedly as he does on the piano, and it's thrilling to hear. One of my favorite performances is a jam he performed with Al Jarreau - they were like two live wires on stage!
Great selection and fascinating subject. Embarrassed to say, I’d never heard of him!!!
Bravo!
Excellent narrative. Genius musician!
Your video is great !
Cool.
Thanks For Sharing
Yes, great post ! Very moving. I saw him a few times... He also claimed he could roll joints with his fold- back tongue !
What a fantastic player and great man, love your vids!
Thank you ❤
MICHEL IS JUST ONE OF THE BADDEST PIANIST OF ALL TIMES
Talent, working at an immense pace, and multiple women? Like the great Jacques Brel once said: "It's not the length of your life that counts, it's the intensity."
That's just excusing selfishness and stupidity.
A more proximate savior would be national health policies.
