- The CHOP SHOP gets the JUICE! On today's episode, I take delivery of some essential shop equipment. We got an 80 gallon, 7.5hp V-Max Patriot Air Compressor, shop tables, transmission jack, and more from Bendpak. Plus we finally got the old crusty lights replaced with some very trick, LED Nacho Offroad shop lights. Suppy makes more progress on the 632ci Blueprint engines Big Block Chevelle, Bucky the Tuner rips a skid in his Porsche GT4 and uses a 1968 Chevy c10 as a clipping point, and I rip a smokey donut in my 572ci big block powered, 1978 GMC Jimmy. If it’s not too late, that extra light ahead of the lift, you could hang it a few feet ahead of the car, on an angle so it points more at the front of the car/hood. Would give you light under the hood and then would light the floor under the car when it’s in the air and might even reflect off the floor some…

I wonder, with those lights as bright as they are, maybe run a test and bounce 2 off the side walls and see what it does. The test being, if it seems to work, maybe spray the ceiling white, and invert hang the lights so they bounce off the ceiling, making that your diffuser.
