- We've all seen it at least once. You watch a music video and one of the effects you see is a strobe like frame by frame flash that goes to the beat. As requested, we'll be taking a look at how to do just that in Vegas Pro 12. We'll be using general features not bound to just Vegas Pro so feel free to apply these techniques to your favorite editing platform.

I have an issue, It can be fixed by hand but it will take a LONG time to do it, with editing a video. I'am curently editing a video and use a lot of ''fade out offset" because i want to flash the video on the rithm of the music. But all the small parts (80 to be exactly) of the video are somehow in "Fade in Offset, so when I play the video you will almost get a epilepsy attack because of the fast flashing and short view of the video (if you understand what i say)
So now to my question: Is there somehow a short cut or option to select all video clips and "fade them out" without doing it for 2 hours long manual??

Whenever I press delete, that blue part doesn't stay there like yours inbetween the two clips, the blue part goes away and my two clips (the top row) then touch eachother.

better than the tut, which is actualy quite basic,are your tips on sony vegas key shortcuts and functionalities , you should do something going deeper into those things vegas does that we don´t even know about or don´t have any idea how to use.

+james marcer Because it's true. Effect is very simple, but you still need some time. Video editing can be very time consuming, and usually is.
vojtasjedyny this is why some stuff like this can be automated using scripts or plugin. In After Effects it’s effortless to make.

Yes . You only split video and make clips and Place clips each other.
