I’ve thought about doing a “chop top” banshee by taking out a couple inches on the top section to help it get a lower center of gravity for a Mx setup!
Can you guys make a kx65 front wheel and brake adapter for ttr110 klx110 and crf110 ALOT of people like disk brakes on the pitters but don’t want to retro fit kx65 forks or buy inverted forks, you caustically made one for the big wheel kit. Keep up the great work guys👍
@@BVCOFFROAD look into how many people kx65 fork swap for that reason. If you made that conversion kit the market would allow people to make there suspension taller and have disk brake all with the OEM forks.. it would be cool to do a instagram vote to see if people would be interested.
I have another good one… a longer frame based “big cockpit “ blaster. One that has a wheelbase about the size of a 250r. And also with another twist… liquid cooled!

Trx and atc have steel frame - cant weld aluminum to it - BUT could make replacement alum subframes with steel tabs that get welded onto your frame (after cutting old one off)

Are the Honda frames heat treated from the factory? Does all that welding soften anything? Any situations?

So your goal is to run a new wheel/disc and make it all work with the hydro brake on a oem fork

Since you guys do aluminum. Why doesn't anyone do aluminum subframe weld in kits for the trx250r and atc250r?
