But as far as 35Age is concerned it has nothing to do with Promotion etc. If you go by the Lower Judiciary in which one can become Judge at 21 year of age only, in that case also there is very minimal chance of promotion to SC or HC. After 4 Judge case in 2015( 1 judge + 2 judge + 3 judge ) now one can become CJI or Justice on the basis of seniority only.. Not much, but it may be considered at the stage of Interview, if you will be able to satisfied the interview board then it will not be affected to your job, at the time of verification also it will be considered.. But as of now FIR is not a ground for disqualification even conviction is not a ground except conviction against some specific offences like against state, war, corruption etc..

I'm 23 year old student preparing for government job and I've been falsely implicated by a person with FIR in my name under Sections 323,504 & 506 of IPC. And that person got the FIR done under section 156(3) of CR.P.C means the police didn't lodge FIR directly.
I'm very much worried please guide me whether how it will affect my career??
Not much, but it may be considered at the stage of Interview, if you will be able to satisfied the interview board then it will not be affected to your job, at the time of verification also it will be considered..
But as of now FIR is not a ground for disqualification even conviction is not a ground except conviction against some specific offences like against state, war, corruption etc..
Plz engage an Advocate and defend your case, it will take 2-3 year minimum, so try to do it fast, go for settlement or defend your case on merit or you may go to High Court if false case is registered against you...
If You are not chargesheeted,then no worry. You are as free as flying bird.
If you want to remove your name from chargesheet, then bribe police officer 20,000 to remove your name from chargesheet.
If not approach the judge/magistrate with some gifts that you r a student.go for an expeditious trial.set short dates once in 2weeks.the case'll be finished in 3-6 months. hire an advocate according to your budget. A good advocate will take rs. 500 for a trial date. bribe the court clerk,pescar around rs. 100-500 to send summon faster by registered post with AD/by hand.
If the summoned complainant/accused donot attend court date, then the magistrate will acquit you by ex-parte order.
advocates are genuine money looters & judiciary is money extortion system of india.police take bribe to register FIRS and advocates take bribe(huge amount of fees)to acquit you.
Some advocates will knowingly linger the case for so many years to loot clients like money priting machines without knowing the financial condition of clients.
never ever go for quashing by listening to the word of advocates without any concrete physical evidence.never lose your chances in lower court by moving straightaway to high court.
Advocates open their legal shop(like liquor shop/beetel shop)to loot clients for a no.of years.
If police verification comes, then make ready 50,000-2 lakh to bribe the police to send your report clean to the concerened department that the FIR looks weak.no offence is made out or tell police to send a C closure report.
