I don't know why my heartbeat increases while seeing her nervousness 🥲

The last question, a common question which is asked probably related to any job, one should not answer it to show the desire of power or status something like that, for example reply to the question why do you want to be a judge, must be replied as , judges pay pivotal role in administration of justice and it has been one of my dreams to contribute into the process of administration of justice.... The penal may ask that this could be done being a lawyer as well then why desiring of the position of a judge, you must reply of course lawyers too have very important position in the process of administration of justice but I prefer to be a judge as I feel more comfortable with to serve the judiciary.
I watched this mock interview with deep interest and noticed the graphical details therein. The interviewee got confused in the very beginning and she could not come out of that very confusion throughout the excercise. The pannel should be more friendly to such a candidate. Anyhow, she must possess the required confidence for such an important job. So far as quality of questions is concerned, it could not move towards more maturity as the candidate was not strong enough and remained failed to muster up her courage. Overall it is very interesting interview from psychological point of view. A fine exercise.
Very keen observation !
Very keen observations
Interview panel aapko select karne ke liye nahi aapko reject karne ke liye hi hai, isliye they try to hit at your confusions.
It's really very informative and helpful🙏🙏 somewhere i always feel maybe I can clear both pre and mains examination, but interview part has always been a fear factor in my heart..

Can u please answer my question , if I get ba.llb from , a private University , would it affect my career in any way ,, or I'll become jobless
@@istg. yup a little bit cause people prefer Government university more than Private university. (Just my opinion)
Bcomllb may ebetter
Sir and mam both of you are quite good and humble 😊
This shows the relevancy of our judiciary system. As judicial aspirants lacks basic legal knowledge, so how they can handle duly Court hearings within 3 months of training.
I guess training period is for 1 year and not 3 months
Now the training period in MP is for 2 years.
It’s not lacks of basic knowledge actually legal terms are tricky and they have only less diff like void n voidable so this happens nothing else
You are judging the whole system through an aspirant who still haven't cleared
Thank you judiciary gold for uploading Wonder mock interview
Really helpful , thanks, and please upload more interview of judiciary.
Feedback will be really helpful to see. Please give feedbacks too on video. And thankyou for this one 🙏🏻
Noted, will try to cover this in our upcoming videos. Stay Tuned! Happy Learning:)

Can you pls tell me I am in 10th i want to become Judge pls give me guidence 😊
@@vaishnavikushwaha9841so what you can do is first pass 12th with free mind dont take load its not that hard ok 😂❤
@@vaishnavikushwaha9841but the real thing is first you have to do law in an nlu or a known private college (whichever works for you) both are fine and then after that if you want to become civil judge you can directly give exam or if you want to become supreme court judge then you should have experience of 7 years
This is the most stressful interview I've seen. The questions seem idealistic at best.
Are you kidding 🤣
I think she was very nervous because she was very confused about the basic differences.
Very well
thank u for this sir and ma'am!
Why day by day the interview becomes tougher for judiciary aspirants. If any aspirant clears the Mains exam but does not clear the interview due to high competition in the market (judiciary interview) then what they should do? As their age is also goings up day by day and we knew that lots of law firms (big law firms) will not select us as we don't have practical experience in the field of law but have sound knowledge of the law. Is this sound knowledge will help any aspirant to get selected for a big law firm? Or they have to work in a low pay.
the more time you spend preparing more difficult will it be to get a good legal job
Because of the competition. Thank You for watching.
No i am myself trying for jobs now nothing is reachable. I have been preparing for judiciary for past 3 years now there's no scope
@@priyankasharma5710 do some good internships
This is a very intriguing question. And it has a lot of dimensions. The first thing to know is that selection doesn't mean that one student is smart and others are not. Sometimes it's just not your day. And for that kind of contingency you must always have a plan B. If you think you can teach you should get enrolled in LLM. If you think you can practice , enroll yourself in bar council. There are many other exams for law officers. Prepare for them simultaneously.
Practice must for judiciary
1.There should be no 'subjective ' questions since biased examiners give more marks to 'favoured ' candidates and less marks to ordinary candidates. For example , for an excellent essay, one may be given 40% marks and for an ordinary essay, one could be given 80% marks and no one can challenge it.
2. Interview must be totally eliminated.
Not every person who has a good knowledge can handle stress. Interviews are necessary to know if the person can handle stress in his profession.
Zaakir .. you Are not fit for Judiciary.. Go to UpSCcc ,🌚
Interviews are not to test one's academics, but to test one's nature and behavioral aspects so as to contemplate one's competency to hold such a responsible position.

Agar judge ban jayenge , to aap sabse pahle kabutar ki tarah eye band kar begunah par crualty or faansi doge, or badmaasho se crualty sahkar vakil or police ke saath milkar unko chhod denge, kitoki caurt ki fees bhi to chahiye begunaho se, kiyoki jab tak 10-12 saal case na chale to judge ki selery or black money kaha se aayegi, junior judge's ka settlement ka buissiness ban gaya he😭😭😭

Pita ke aadhaar card ke bina admission keon nahin ho sakta?
Jiska pati sath na ho aur apani patni ka virodhi ho bachchn ki padhai ke virudh ho in bachchon ka kya hoga??
Mujhe kahin jawab nahin dikh raha meri bachchi ke life ka prashn hai isliye mai har jagah se janana chahati hoon bataaen please 🙏
Pita ke aadhar card ke bina bhi admission ho sakta hai bachhe ka school me. Wo us bachhe ka mool adhikaar hai jiski responsibility uske parents ya guardians ki hai.
Agar pati saath nhi hai, aur bachho ko padhne nhi deta apni patni ke khilaf jaake, toh koi dikkat nahi hai. Maa khud hi bachhe ko padha le, bachha kisi ek ka nahi hai, dono ka hai. Bachhe ke best interest me jo cheez ho, uske behtar future ke liye wo maa khud hi kr le kisi tarah, agar pati sath nahi rehta hai toh aur aasan hai, sath hota aur school nhi jane deta toh yahi kaam uske khilaaf FIR karake karna padta bachhe ke liye. 🙂
Jmfc exam and interview Marathi language mai de shakte hai ?
Mai abhi 13 year ki hu Mujhe direct high court judge bnna h kya hmm direct high court judge bnn sakte h without practice
No. You'll have to cover a long journey child... There's this exam called PCS-J through which you'll be appointed as magistrate in a subordinate court (lower than district court)..
Then.. to become a judge in district court you'll need to have 7 year experience as an advocate or magistrate.. and minimum age limit is 35 years..
