The last question, a common question which is asked probably related to any job, one should not answer it to show the desire of power or status something like that, for example reply to the question why do you want to be a judge, must be replied as , judges pay pivotal role in administration of justice and it has been one of my dreams to contribute into the process of administration of justice.... The penal may ask that this could be done being a lawyer as well then why desiring of the position of a judge, you must reply of course lawyers too have very important position in the process of administration of justice but I prefer to be a judge as I feel more comfortable with to serve the judiciary.

I watched this mock interview with deep interest and noticed the graphical details therein. The interviewee got confused in the very beginning and she could not come out of that very confusion throughout the excercise. The pannel should be more friendly to such a candidate. Anyhow, she must possess the required confidence for such an important job. So far as quality of questions is concerned, it could not move towards more maturity as the candidate was not strong enough and remained failed to muster up her courage. Overall it is very interesting interview from psychological point of view. A fine exercise.

Why day by day the interview becomes tougher for judiciary aspirants. If any aspirant clears the Mains exam but does not clear the interview due to high competition in the market (judiciary interview) then what they should do? As their age is also goings up day by day and we knew that lots of law firms (big law firms) will not select us as we don't have practical experience in the field of law but have sound knowledge of the law. Is this sound knowledge will help any aspirant to get selected for a big law firm? Or they have to work in a low pay.

This is a very intriguing question. And it has a lot of dimensions. The first thing to know is that selection doesn't mean that one student is smart and others are not. Sometimes it's just not your day. And for that kind of contingency you must always have a plan B. If you think you can teach you should get enrolled in LLM. If you think you can practice , enroll yourself in bar council. There are many other exams for law officers. Prepare for them simultaneously.

1.There should be no 'subjective ' questions since biased examiners give more marks to 'favoured ' candidates and less marks to ordinary candidates. For example , for an excellent essay, one may be given 40% marks and for an ordinary essay, one could be given 80% marks and no one can challenge it.
    2. Interview must be totally eliminated.

Pita ke aadhaar card ke bina admission keon nahin ho sakta?

Pita ke aadhar card ke bina bhi admission ho sakta hai bachhe ka school me. Wo us bachhe ka mool adhikaar hai jiski responsibility uske parents ya guardians ki hai.
Agar pati saath nhi hai, aur bachho ko padhne nhi deta apni patni ke khilaf jaake, toh koi dikkat nahi hai. Maa khud hi bachhe ko padha le, bachha kisi ek ka nahi hai, dono ka hai. Bachhe ke best interest me jo cheez ho, uske behtar future ke liye wo maa khud hi kr le kisi tarah, agar pati sath nahi rehta hai toh aur aasan hai, sath hota aur school nhi jane deta toh yahi kaam uske khilaaf FIR karake karna padta bachhe ke liye. 🙂

No. You'll have to cover a long journey child... There's this exam called PCS-J through which you'll be appointed as magistrate in a subordinate court (lower than district court)..
Then.. to become a judge in district court you'll need to have 7 year experience as an advocate or magistrate.. and minimum age limit is 35 years..
