Void ab initio agreement means it is null and void and never had any enforceable..since inception it is not enforceable. Void agreement has no legal effect. cannot be enforceable by law,it does not create rights, obligations or duties. Void contracts are not enforceable from beginning

Thanks for sharing the feedback on the interview as well It tells about what is expected from a judicial aspirant and what really the interview panel is expecting from candidates....when I watched your mock interviews it increased my curiosity to see more such videos and also to see the candidates ability to tackle each and every question and how they give direction to the interview.... Pls upload more such videos Thankyou.
Thanks for catering to demands of your students JG Team❤ This is the only channel where one gets to see all this so organized and well structured to understand. Great Initiative👏👏
Void contracts, basically are those agreements which is not enforceable by law due to lacunas in the legallity which is so required by the law for a valid contract. void ab intio are basically which is imperssible in law like contract with a minor and thus, a contract which is not following the essential criteria provided u/s 10 ICA will be considered as void ab intio contract void agreements are those agreements which falls within the provisions 26-30 of the Act wherein, the statute provides special circumstances for declaring it to be a void agreements. further, in general, it is those agreements which either lacks essentials for a valid agreement which is proposal +acceptance +consideration =agreement but when either of the essential is missing then in legal sense it would be a valid agreement thus, it will form part of void agreements
Sir I would request that u make a video on what we should prepare for coming interviews of 2023 Like- bills , acts, Case or areas which can be seen more often in the interviews. So that we are aware of those topics in this coming year, if anytime mains result comes. Pls guide us 🙏 and thank u for such wonderful interviews taken by u.
While I really appreciate the efforts of the JG team & teachers in organizing Mock Interviews & its feedback video, I would like to request the team to include the feedback part in the main mock interview video itself... Because in this separate video the voices of teachers & interviewee is overlapping which gets confusing
In matters of investigation, courts just keep supervision over investigating agencies but cannot direct police officers to how to conduct investigation because there is separation of powers of executive and judiciary. Thus their functions do not overlap but they are complementary
void contract means any contract which afterwards becomes void by change of law. void agreement means any agreement which is void by reason of non enforceable. void ab initio agreement means an agreement in which any subject matter or parties which is not competent to make law.
I was given bare act to read a provision but during reading the provision i was asked a question and i answered that question without seeing the book. Giving bare act is good or bad sign? I am expecting result of viva.
Same means exactly same, more tilted towards pre concert, similar means similar intention which results in the penultimate act, but due to difference in approach and execution, more tilted towards lack of pre mediation. Yet, the diffrence between the two can't be fully explained, being both same and similar intention depends on the facts, they overlap each other. Both renders same criminal liability. The diffrence is only helpful in ascertaing applicability of vicarious liability under section 34.
Void agreement as acc to sec 2 (g) is an agreement not enforceable by law Void cntrct acc to sec 2(i) is contract which ceases to be enforcable by law Void ab initio is which is void from the start which can't be even termed as agreement
Sir, hobby par bhi research (padhai) karo toh vo phir hobby kaise hui! This is ironic! 😅 Interview panel should think about it. They expect a lot from students!
As far as the Contract question is concerned, had the question been "difference between void agreement and a contract that becomes void", that answer she gave, would have been correct... The word "becomes" would have given the candidate a good hint (rather answer itself); BUT fact remains that "void contract" is a misnomer.. "Contract" means the agreement fulfills all the legal criteria and has crystallized into a Contract; "Contract" and "void" do not go together; it's called a "Contract" coz it's legally enforceable... It may LATER BECOME void... So no such thing as a "void Contract"... This is clear from the words used in the Act and has also been explained in Avtar Singh .. Void agreement is void ab initio; there is no difference... P.S: I haven't watched the actual interview yet; but I hope the feedback that is given to the candidate is also recorded... That gives a better idea...

Yes ma'am, there are many good things to learn from this particular interview.

Sir 1 qus same intention and similar intention mai kya difference h
"It is a subjective question, can't answer in the comment box.
But you can refer our videos for that.

Sir, S. 12 and S. 16(2)(b) difference!? Why void under S.12 and Voidable u/s 16(2)(b)?
Void agreement as acc to sec 2 (g) is an agreement not enforceable by law
Void cntrct acc to sec 2(i) is contract which ceases to be enforcable by law
Void ab initio is which is void from the start which can't be even termed as agreement

Sir judiciary aspirants tattoo nhi bnwa sakte h? That's mean kuch rok lagai jati h tattoo lagane se??
Hahaha nahi aisa kuch nahi hai. As long as your tattoo isn't visible (palm/face/neck/etc) pe na ho, it wouldn't matter in Judiciary.
Whats the difference between similar intention and same intention? There can not be more stupid question than this.
Very informative video.....got to learn a lot🙏
Thanks a lot
Let me know judiciary m tatto allowed h?
