Imported data show their own Front, Top & Right plane which result in isometric view (Ctrl+D) other than my requirement. Basically I want to avoid creating my own orientations.
Yes this is possible but for this you need to be careful while exporting data to iges or step. The orientation you have before exporting the data is the orientation after importing the data. So you need to correct orientation before exporting the data. If this is correct, you will get correct orientation after importing the data.
Our customer give vehicle fitment CAD data so it is not possible for us to change their orientation which was created on their softwares (NX/Catia). Can we do something else on our end?
Hi, thank you for all your instant feedback for all my comments. Here in this part, i can't able to generate sketched form at the end, I re did the sketch many times still can't able to generate, I can't able to find what's the issue, checked the google as well, nothing is mentioned about the tangent surface sketched form issue. (I did exactly like you did) I tried it in new cylindrical surface, it's not working..
THANK YOU, SIR FOR CONSIDERING MY REQUEST ON THIS TUTORIAL..
YOUR VIDEO ARE REALLY HELPFUL.
How can we reassign default datum plane in creo so that we change default model orientation? For eg. convert Front plane to Top plane & vice versa.
This is not easy. You need to modify each and every feature one by one.
This issue is regarding imported IGES/STEP not for .prt model. Is there any way to do this in this situation (neutral formats)?

sir, after the sketch when I was going Joggle option there will be gap shown on fillet thing. what should i do ?
Just play with the available dimension to see the change.
@@CADxTraining I made some changes in dimension but Still same thing happened
Axis A1 A2 and A3 won't show in my model tree even though I have turned on the axis display. What should I do?
You can create it if you are not getting that. Just select two datum plane and click datum axis. It will be created.
But is there a way to get them from starting. Like u already had A1 A2 &A3 without creating axis

Good day Sir, what version of CREO Parametric are you using? I don't have the joggle option on the flange feature. I am using CREO 2.0.
This is there in Creo 2 also. Maybe the name is different. You just play with all the options and check.
@@CADxTraining Sir, I could see you are using CREO 7.0, that's cool. Let's see what could I find here. thank you,
Creo 7 is just an extension of Creo 6 with multi body functionality.
Punch is not forming on cylindrical surface
Check the direction
@@CADxTraining ok sir, thanks
Sir how to putv2d drawing on 3d model making screen like you are making in every video???
This is done by video editor.
