love your build! I have built an AMT Autocar which i made into a logging truck, so I know the amount of time and effort that goes into such a build. keep up the good work!
In trying to point out an error, you have made an error yourself fredericia01: The Caterpillar3406 or C12 that this truck comes with has NEVER been any color other than Cat Yellow. This is NOT a Cummins NHC250 or N14 like you have probably mistakenly thought it was. Peterbilt's would not be insulted by a Cummins between the rails until the introduction of the X15 Cummins, which has always been red. Speaking as one who has worked on these 1:1 grease-traps for a while. :-) Good looking build here. Keep up the good work.
@@theplasticsurgeon6378 Nr 1 - it's not a Cat engine, it's the twin turbo 855 cu.in Cummins 475hp, back then you could order just about any engine and trans combo that you wanted, have beaten those up and down the road more times than you can imagine. Nr. 2 we had 6 of them in our fleet in the late 80's, also if you've been a grease monkey on trucks and engines, then you should have knowledge on those 475 Cummins.
@@theplasticsurgeon6378 and you have made an error yourself as well... that is a Cummins NTC475. Many Peterbilt trucks came with a Cummins powerplant from the factory. And yes, they were painted beige back then.
Ok, can you slow it down a little hot rod? Need to see your talent building and hanging the turbo on this come apart Cummins in this Poorlybilt. Directions are not clear about mounting it and about this close 🤏 to scraping it and put a CAT engine in it.
I painted the engine according to the manual.
No you didn't - paint for engine according to instructions are Beige Silk Matt
Beautiful job! That turned out awesome! Thank you so much for sharing. 😊

You haf the Model great buildt.
Top work !😀
Does this require glue or can I just snap all the pieces together? Awesome build btw. Lots of work done well
It's level 5 so I'd say it's a glue together
The 475 Cummins motors were tan not yellow cat motors are yellow that's a cummins
Дуже якісна праця .
not too bad a build - but wrong color for a Cummins engine, should be a light tan, or white ( used in KW and Petes)

Sorry.
I'm currently uploading a slightly slower video.
The camera position has also changed.
