I always loved seeing his work in the model magazines. It must have been awesome to see his work in person and to get to meet him as well. It must have been quite the chore to haul those trucks in and out of the venue. Thanks for sharing.
Very nice, Tim. Thanks for sharing. Every model that Tim has built is an inspiration to all of us. And the work he has done with Round2 has made the hobby better for everyone. Gosh, I can’t imagine taking that many models to a show. I think he needed a Peterbilt to get them there…..
Tim, Great video work! Tim's Semi builds are OVERWHELMING! So many different kinds of trucks! Anyone that likes trucks, can really appreciate his work! 👍🏻
Im guessing Tim won the truck class!🏆Tim is an amazing builder no doubt about it ! I can just smell the Deisel fuel! wow so cool! Mr Brown does a great job covering these shows!outstanding stuff!! Sure run a lot of axles up there in Michigan! Appears to be a lifetime of building, so cool!10-4 Tims 😎🫡🇺🇸
Outstanding truck builds by Tim. I'm amazed at how many he had on display. I could just imagine how large his hobby room is. I'd love to see these trucks in person. Thanks for sharing Tim.
Alrighty Tim, great job, and Thanks for posting this Tim truck tour! Real glad you got to meet him, wonder if you found out things you didn't know on his builds. I would want to know more on what it takes to scratch the super tankers, love to make one. Closest I have is four of the Italeri BP tankers to do up a KW roadtrain.
Great builds!! The patinaed tanker build @ ~ 6:01 (I'm not good w/ trucks but I think it's an old Peterbilt) reminds me of the truck in the '71 made-for-TV movie 'Dual'.
Wow what a absolutely incredible show 👏 I couldn't stop watching it absolutely brilliant 👏 😀 👍 excellent 💯 realy amazing 😀 👏 impressive trucks I've never seen out like it amazing 👏 excellent work truly amazing 👏 ❤😊
I have followed Tim’s work for a long time. I love his work. Definitely one of the best truck model builders in the world bar none. Thanks Tim for another awesome video brother. If I could build one e tenth the quality of his work is be tickled to death. lol. Keep up the great work man. Bruce in Wv!!!!
I first saw Tim's website Tim's Trucks around 2008 and I've always been blown away by the quality of his work. He actually was a great source of inspiration when I first ventured into building big rigs.
Wow! No wonder you've been following him for so long. Amazing trucks. There was one in the beginning that reminded me of the movie "Dual." I don't know if that's where he was going with it, either way, a lot of cool trucks
Tim is a legendary truck modeler. Like you, I've followed him for more than three decades. I've learned a lot just by reading the comments he adds to his truck build photos. I'm glad you had the chance to meet him.
Totally Awesome am inspired now to look up his build site to see how some of these beauties were created, Definitely loads of Scratch builds in the collection. Thanks for the great Share of these video. Happy you got to meet Tim in person eventually.
I'm not sure what Tim does, but as I assemble the front and rear axels onto the chassis I try to make sure everyting stays straight. Then the engine should go in ok.
I've had a few problems with the engine not fitting into the chassis because of the chassis not being straight on models I've made in the past Hence my question, many thanks for your reply 👍
Hey tim I take it he don't have a youtube channel Hell I can't imagine finding that many spare axels It definitely is an art form Awesome work You gonna make it to Freeze Frame only got a month it's the 26 I hear there gonna have the meet and greet at the Liberty Diner 25 try the onion soup
He's a great model builder. Too bad other builders aren't recognized for their tallents. It always goes to one, and if anyone asks me he is a professional, what is HE doing going to "compitiions" and trying to steel the average man's glory? Don't he have enough glory?
@@THROTTLEPOWER lol well I use to love building hot rod cars and muscle cars, but I'm very bad at it. My builds are always horable looking, and that's why I crushed just about everything I ever built. I just mostly love to watch them getting built now. I could say so much but I think I say too much sometimes. I just love and respect the models I see being built, more than the other
@@THROTTLEPOWER lol Yes it is I suppose, because I crush them but I do it because I love the feeling of doing it to. I also love watching it and that's how I got started. I wanted to see it done a certain way by my girlfriend back in the day, and she did it but never quite right and I would ask her to do it differently and/or with certain shoes she had. Well one day when I had a lot of crappy cars ready and I had plans for her to crush them all, she made me try on her favorite little black boots that she would use, that I loved so much, and when I did they fit me absolutely perfectly! She teased me, and she " made me" show her "exactly how" i wanted her to do it, and when i was crushing the first one she got like really into it! And so did I so much! She could tell 😉 exactly how much it excited me 😁 if you understand and she proceeded to FORCE ME 😉 to show her on one more, and then one more and she got me to crush every single one myself instead! I had a blast actually it was crazy how much I loved to do it, even SO MUCH MORE than I did originally watching her do it. It became a thing for awhile with her and she would get me to build more cars lol but tell me they will be for her to crush next time, and I literally got excited to do that. Even though I sucked at building them it was so much fun yet. I would her allot! But secretly I started wanting to be the one crushing them and I would secretly wish or hope for her to "force me" to be the one who crushes them! I didn't care to watch her do it anymore anyway because I loved doing it myself more now, and she always made me try on different pairs of her highheels after that first time, and my small feet fit every pair she had like a glove! I ended up loving it, I mean crushing them so bad! It got to a point I was making a lot more models than I ever did before. I did it myself years before we dated though but in my regular clothes and shoes, but that was not as fun.
Was so glad to meet Tim and see his builds in person. Hope you enjoy his builds as much as I enjoyed them! 👍🙂
