hello, i found this video quite late but i hope you can answer me, what pixel size of the file should be good for importing into AE , because i got my AE so lagged after import a PSD like you.

how long it takes to animate the legs in order to walk when using this tool ? especially for a beginner?

It should take just as long as the video above. For a beginner, I would imagine you would hit play/pause several times and may take double the time.
