So at least Tiger hopefully got some money from her Dad's estate via the millions her mom received.

Something I have been curious for a while is why was there nobody helping him at all? I understand one is responsible for one's life. But then again, seeing how seemingly 'close' his family and friends were with one another, this came as a bit of surprise.... that they couldn't predict or understand how risky or destructive he became after that particular injury.

Greg exaggerated the Copenhagen story for some reason. He admits he wasn't there, so he's taking what others said and adding a drunk and violent image - nice "friend". Both Helena and Colin Diamond said he wasn't drunk and they had just come back from her parents place. Colin Diamond first talked about it in 1998 and was the first to note that Michael had two brain bruises - he called them - on his autopsy report. Colin speculated that they came from the Copenhagen incident. (NewsExtra July 1998) Helena and Michael were standing on a small side street, sitting on their bikes, eating pizza. The cab sped into the side street, screeched to a halt when he almost hit them, furious, he got out as Michael was cumbersomely trying to move the bike to the side while still straddling the bike, holding food in one hand and holding the handlebars with the other. Exactly! That is what Helena explained. And he was visiting the hospital but didn´t want that journalists would write nasty things again about him. It is not good but how can you know if people talk bad about you already when you did nothing wrong. Michael wanted to protect himself but did not know what would follow. It is sad but he surched for new ways to live and found that as good as it could be. Within time he would cure and found new goals as he always did. But one mistake, while feeling so sad and o so tired and having medicine and alchohol made that new goal dissapear. Now he slid away and will find a way to come alive and love again...

Imo, this video's subtitle should be "Michael's TBI changed his life -- and destiny." It's criminal that the source of Michael's inner turmoil -- the consequences of his (untreated) traumatic brain injury -- was so understated in explaining the change in his psyche, depression, and behavior. A TBI changes everything -- whether or not loved ones can tell the difference.
It does change EVERYTHING. True, people don't know much about TBI's or there effects. They've unfairly judged him for somethings that he had no control over. Back then there wasn't a whole ton known on brain injuries and the best treatment for the side effects of them . Even now there's not a cure all to fix one. Sometimes it's not fixable. His destiny was was irrevocably altered by that one accident, one fall, the one hit to his head 💔. The people around him should of allowed him to take the break he needed instead of pushing, pushing him about going on tour. His loss was more personal than he ever let anyone know, the pain too raw and deep.💔
The number "22" seemed to be a magical one for Michael Hutchence: He was born on the 22nd (January) He released his final album on the 22nd (February) His daughter was born on the 22nd (July) He died on the 22nd (November) Coincidence? U never know!

I think it was a combination of many things. Yes Paula Yates. But Bob Geldof played a part in that too, along with the vile press that hounded him. His brain injury, where he permanently lost his sense of taste and smell. He changed after that injury. Was very moody and depressed causing him to go on antidepressants. The Brit Awards where the douchebag from Oasis called him a 'has been' in front of everyone. He was feeling very insecure and irrelevant after that. I believe it was all just a snowball effect and got to be too much for him.

Paula at first said she thought depression and Bob and the negative press were to blame. She was upset about the tabloids rumors of an autoeurotic death and told everyone how depressed Michael was. Her changing her story was most likely for money or to avoid a lawsuit from Bob for labelling him a murderer for driving Michael to suicide, as she did the first few months after Michael took his life.
She also went from saying Bob drove him to suicide to making strange comments that he wouldn't commit suicide because she had a kid - odd cause she herself had several suicide attempts before and after Michael died, and she had 4 kids.
Or she changed her tune for insurance money. She made fast friends with Colin Diamond after Micheal died, made him Tiger's godfather, and she was able to buy two homes and pay off her debts.
She then said she hoped it was autoerotic that went to far, because he did this to her, and they were into that.She was a real piece of work. She was the demise of Michael. Just my opinion

Brain injuries kill. Not just physically but more so mentally and emotionally. Having one is literally hell on earth. Tbi survivors are in a high risk group for substance abuse addiction and suicide post injury. It erases who you are, your personality, your impulse control, short/long term memory, strips concentration, lose artistic abilities, mental well being, emotional stability, coping mechanisms, and destroys relationships. It basically strips you bare, leaves you naked, and lost in a crowd of strangers.💔

It was suicide. Autoerotic asph.. involves using a self-releasing mechanism that you expect to come undone - hence the "auto". Michael did NOT hang from the door knob, kneeling facing a pillow with a soft ligature (that would slip undone) as is done in AEA (and often still causes death - dont' do it!!) Instead a very depressed Michael hung himself from up HIGH from the closing hinge above the door, facing the door, and used a bucked belt that couldn't come undone. No way it could be anything other than suicide!

He had violent and aggressive episodes, according to his model girlfriend, Helena. Also, Michael's band members said that Michael had changed a lot and that he was very hard to get along with. The TBI destroyed his entire life.

Just because the song was negative doesn't mean it was upsetting to Michael.
Problem is - and Simon may not have known that Michael was pretty much dragged into the divorce.
Michael gave Paula a place to stay so she wouldn't be on the street and later gave Bob his Cheyne street apartment so Bob could give Paula back her house to sell.
True, if Michael did nothing, he wouldn't be involved but Paula would have lost her bid to get custody of her kids. She had lost her tv job that Bob produced and lost her editor job.
Colin Diamond - Michael's laywer - also didn't want Michael giving her anymore millions and he and Paula were fighting until after Michael died. Then Paula makes Diamond Tiger's godfather and she is able to pay her bills and buy a home. Diamond said to the press that they were getting along again after Michael passed. Looks like Paula got what she wanted. Look up Dailymail Tragic Paula's House for sale. After Bob got custody of Tiger - so she could be raised with her sisters - he sold the home. So at least Tiger hopefully got some money from her Dad's estate via the millions her mom received.

Something I have been curious for a while is why was there nobody helping him at all? I understand one is responsible for one's life. But then again, seeing how seemingly 'close' his family and friends were with one another, this came as a bit of surprise.... that they couldn't predict or understand how risky or destructive he became after that particular injury.

Greg exaggerated the Copenhagen story for some reason. He admits he wasn't there, so he's taking what others said and adding a drunk and violent image - nice "friend".
Both Helena and Colin Diamond said he wasn't drunk and they had just come back from her parents place. Colin Diamond first talked about it in 1998 and was the first to note that Michael had two brain bruises - he called them - on his autopsy report. Colin speculated that they came from the Copenhagen incident. (NewsExtra July 1998)
Helena and Michael were standing on a small side street, sitting on their bikes, eating pizza. The cab sped into the side street, screeched to a halt when he almost hit them, furious, he got out as Michael was cumbersomely trying to move the bike to the side while still straddling the bike, holding food in one hand and holding the handlebars with the other. The cabbie and he didn't argue because Michael didn't speak Danish. Within seconds of jumping out of his cab, he punches Michael in the head.
Exactly! That is what Helena explained. And he was visiting the hospital but didn´t want that journalists would write nasty things again about him. It is not good but how can you know if people talk bad about you already when you did nothing wrong. Michael wanted to protect himself but did not know what would follow. It is sad but he surched for new ways to live and found that as good as it could be. Within time he would cure and found new goals as he always did. But one mistake, while feeling so sad and o so tired and having medicine and alchohol made that new goal dissapear. Now he slid away and will find a way to come alive and love again...

Imo, this video's subtitle should be "Michael's TBI changed his life -- and destiny."
It's criminal that the source of Michael's inner turmoil -- the consequences of his (untreated) traumatic brain injury -- was so understated in explaining the change in his psyche, depression, and behavior.
A TBI changes everything -- whether or not loved ones can tell the difference.
It does change EVERYTHING. True, people don't know much about TBI's or there effects. They've unfairly judged him for somethings that he had no control over. Back then there wasn't a whole ton known on brain injuries and the best treatment for the side effects of them . Even now there's not a cure all to fix one. Sometimes it's not fixable. His destiny was was irrevocably altered by that one accident, one fall, the one hit to his head 💔. The people around him should of allowed him to take the break he needed instead of pushing, pushing him about going on tour. His loss was more personal than he ever let anyone know, the pain too raw and deep.💔

He released his final album on the 22nd (February)

I think it was a combination of many things. Yes Paula Yates. But Bob Geldof played a part in that too, along with the vile press that hounded him. His brain injury, where he permanently lost his sense of taste and smell. He changed after that injury. Was very moody and depressed causing him to go on antidepressants. The Brit Awards where the douchebag from Oasis called him a 'has been' in front of everyone. He was feeling very insecure and irrelevant after that. I believe it was all just a snowball effect and got to be too much for him.

Paula at first said she thought depression and Bob and the negative press were to blame. She was upset about the tabloids rumors of an autoeurotic death and told everyone how depressed Michael was.
Her changing her story was most likely for money or to avoid a lawsuit from Bob for labelling him a murderer for driving Michael to suicide, as she did the first few months after Michael took his life.
She also went from saying Bob drove him to suicide to making strange comments that he wouldn't commit suicide because she had a kid - odd cause she herself had several suicide attempts before and after Michael died, and she had 4 kids.
Or she changed her tune for insurance money. She made fast friends with Colin Diamond after Micheal died, made him Tiger's godfather, and she was able to buy two homes and pay off her debts.
She then said she hoped it was autoerotic that went to far, because he did this to her, and they were into that.She was a real piece of work. She was the demise of Michael. Just my opinion

One of the many things I love about Michael, and there are many, is that he was so masculine. He could paint his nails or whatever, but he was so incredibly masculine. And as Simon le Bon said, " he was comfortable in his masculinity"

Lebon writes the song "Michael you have a lot to answer for" saying Michael should "stop wanting to be" and criticizing him for helping Paula. Recall Paula accused Bob of trying to put her on the street and Michael offered a place to stay and was helping her so she could afford to care for her kids.
Lebon - Bob's buddy - says in interviews that Michael should mind his own business. The song was NOT a fan song or about drugs as he'd later try to say. People can see the old interviews. Lebon was cruel to Michael.
The song was released Oct 14th, the coroner found that Michael ended up going to the hospital for therapy on the 17th and renewed his prozac Oct 30th. He took off to LA to spend a few weeks with his girlfriend Erin. While Paula frantically tried to get Bob to let her try living in Australia for a few weeks before and after Xmas (see The Police Statement of Paula yates)
Michael didn't have to be in LA, the band had finished the US leg of their tour in September and he wasn't due in Australia for a few weeks. He was photographed at the Viper club on Nov 5th. Happy in LA and iwth his new girlfriend of 6 months, he never wanted to return to England.
He was so depressed he called friend Catherine Meyer a few days before he died "crying so hard.." she could barely make out what he said. He was worn down by the torment from the press and lies. Its in her online article.
Lebon also cruely said he thought Michaels death was a mistake, even though it was repeatedly proven to be suicide.

I don't think Mick Jagger was in any way comparable to Michael Hutchence I have never really liked the rolling stones but Michael Hutchence is much more attractive and a better singer than MJ although MJ was friendly, kind and polite and very charismatic when I very briefly me him and another huge star in London's Savoy Hotel in a corridor. I was leaving the building and he and (Guess who) were just coming out of the lifts it has to be said that as I was walking towards them I noticed rays of charisma like a physical force coming from Mick. This is a “bio” via hearsay and anecdotes. What a joke. The man’s soul deserves better.
Brain injuries kill. Not just physically but more so mentally and emotionally. Having one is literally hell on earth. Tbi survivors are in a high risk group for substance abuse addiction and suicide post injury. It erases who you are, your personality, your impulse control, short/long term memory, strips concentration, lose artistic abilities, mental well being, emotional stability, coping mechanisms, and destroys relationships. It basically strips you bare, leaves you naked, and lost in a crowd of strangers.💔
That woman influenced him into using hardcore drugs. He probably did commit suicide, while under the influence. 😢

It was suicide. Autoerotic asph.. involves using a self-releasing mechanism that you expect to come undone - hence the "auto". Michael did NOT hang from the door knob, kneeling facing a pillow with a soft ligature (that would slip undone) as is done in AEA (and often still causes death - dont' do it!!) Instead a very depressed Michael hung himself from up HIGH from the closing hinge above the door, facing the door, and used a bucked belt that couldn't come undone. No way it could be anything other than suicide!

He had violent and aggressive episodes, according to his model girlfriend, Helena. Also, Michael's band members said that Michael had changed a lot and that he was very hard to get along with. The TBI destroyed his entire life.
