I would like to see a video on cord gasses. Why we do them and what they tell us. Also, different syndromes and differentiation. Thank you!

A video on cord gases is a brilliant idea- and one we didn't have on our list. I think they confuse a lot of people because of the whole switching of arterial and venous gases stuff- we'll try to get around to that sooner rather than later.Thanks so much :)
Can you please do a video on how to manage preterm newborns effectively? I am a junior resident working in NICU. It would be nice to have a guideline. Especially preterms with low birth weights.

We cannot give medical advice. Generally if an infant can take a medicine- then it is safe for mothers to take it. We do give propranolol to infants sometimes though. Good luck
