Seems normal for the GPS but I think you can change the Language because it's part of toyota infotainment and you can switch it in english, I saw a video on how to do it.

Automatic air vents...well I never seen that on Mercedes or Bentley before.
Its something of a crown thing. My 2001 crown vx has it, as do the earlier models. Some chasers had it also I think
