I've been using this as a daily pack for a few months and it's pretty awesome. The only negative is that occasionally the side hooks that adjust the side tension will come undone if there's not a load in the pack. Otherwise I use the water blade as a laptop sleeve and keep med supplies in one of the side pockets. I keep the side straps packed away inside the pack so it looks more like a normal backpack but if I needed to travel any sort of distance I could just throw them on real quick and get after it. Highly recommended.
This was the perfect video on this pack for me personally. You really hit all points/questions I had before investing in this. I was looking for something for multipurpose use (airline travel, work, daypack) and possibly double for my son while backpacking. One question: I'm 6'4" and can't find any info on whether this will fit my torso. How much adjustability is in this or do you think that's an issue?
@@eammon_wright Zippers can fail and leak. Material can also get caught in a zipper and prevent quick opening/closing. The top loading design is always superior in the reliability and longevity department.

Kit be my partner next mammoth competition. Let’s party!!!!
I personally, is not a fan of the zipper on the front
have you had a problem or just don't like it ascetically? could you just not use it, or is the top too small otherwise?
@@eammon_wright I would rather be able to stuff it all in from the top (of the pack)
