Do you like peaches?
It's my favorite fruit. I think I ate a lot more peaches this summer.
The hot, hot summer is not far away. It's too hot, but I feel like summer is coming to an end.
Panna cotta is an Italian dessert that anyone can easily make without an oven.
Soft but fresh and sweet peach panna cotta! Be sure to make it.

recipe
- About 2 cups of 240ml
panna cotta
2 g of gelatin sheets
54 g milk
25 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
112g whipping cream (35%)
1. Soaking gelatin
2. Heat just enough to dissolve the sugar added with the milk.
3. Add vanilla extract.
4. In heated milk,
Squeeze out the water from the soaked gelatin and mix.
5. Add whipping cream and mix.
6. Keep refrigerated until hardened.
(Please cover with plastic wrap.)

1 peach
15g white sugar
150g water
4g gelatin sheets
10g fresh squeezed lemon juice
15g fresh squeezed lemon juice
1. Peel the peaches
2. Cut the peaches and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3. Boil sugar, water and peach skin
4. Add soaked gelatin and lemon juice and let cool.
5. Put the cut peaches on the panna cotta
6. Pour the cooled syrup
7.Refrigerator 2 hours
Storage method) Refrigerated storage / 2 days

생크림이 주 재료라 생략할수없을 것 같아요~
안녕하세요 영상 보고 따라하고 있는데 저는 복숭아껍질을 끓여도 색깔이 별로 안 나오네요ㅜㅜ 껍질 색이 연해서 그런가봐요. 집에 백년초가루가 있길래 조금 풀었다가 체에 걸렀어요. 레시피 잘 봤습니다
아 ㅠ ㅠ 복숭아색이 잘나왔으면 좋았을텐데 ..레몬즙넣으면 좀 더 진해지는데..레몬즙도 별 소용없었나봐요ㅠㅠ.그래도 임기응변 발휘하셔서 잘 만드신것 같아요~레시피 잘봤다는 댓글까지~감사합니다 ^^
3:26 에 레몬을 굴린뒤 자르시던데 굴리면 어떤 효과가있나요?
레몬 즙을 수월하게 내려구요!!굴려서 즙을 내면 좀 더 잘 나와요!^^
