    ㊙️Eating steamed sweet potatoes to test blood sugar㊙️
    I have been following a low-sugar diet to maintain my figure and skin condition (that is, to control blood sugar and calories). I have seen a lot of information on the Internet that iced sweet potatoes contain resistant starch. For weight loss: eat iced ones. Sweet potatoes are better than eating hot sweet potatoes. At that time, I tested the blood sugar of iced sweet potatoes and hot sweet potatoes from supermarkets.       我測試紫地瓜的時候是用電鍋蒸,而且我有把皮吃下去喔,把皮吃下去是關鍵,因為會多攝取纖維下去

    地瓜好像要看品種,美女老師吃的紫地瓜波動也太低了吧?我曾經吃過瓜瓜園的紫地瓜,血糖波動80-90以上,料理的方式也是重點之一

      7-11有,但不是每一家有賣地瓜的都有,聽店員說因為紫地瓜比較不甜,纖維也比57號黃地瓜多,所以買氣不佳,常去買的那間7-11就停賣紫地瓜了😂

    今天給媽媽早餐吃四顆高麗菜水煎包,媽媽餐前124,餐後二小時274。嚇死我。所以很好奇能否測一下「一顆高麗菜水煎包」的血糖是多少。(整顆吃掉,包含底部較多的澱粉也一併吃掉後的結果,實在很好奇)
