Mod Idea: What if DRS Cap exists? I mean: Red Bull gets only 10% DRS power, Ferrari 30%, Mercedes 50% etc. up to Williams with 190% DRS Power. This will make DRS trains more crazy and make overtaking easier for slower teams and vice versa
