    Honestly if you're a casual and want a great system to start, go for the Thrustmaster T300RS GT with a Next Level Racing F-GT Lite & spend a bit more on the Wheel Attachment like the Ferrari SF1000 F1 Wheel or a Sparco style if rallying. Best £1000 I ever spent and it can all just fold up easily afterwards so it doesn't just take up a tonne of space forever but still be rocksolid, fully customizable to be either full F1 mode or GT mode and pretty comfortable for long sessions. Gotta say I love the fact it has much leg space! Will never buy another playseat because of that stupid damn bar that is in the middle that holds the wheel. Also the SF1000 is an absolute must! IMHO this is the best price/performance out there and can always have addons along the line if you wanna upgrade pedals, brake levelrs and gear shifter (which I also got too)... Happy Simracing 😉👍🏻

    2) Using the chase camera with a steering wheel is very unnatural and no wonder you didn't drive well. You should have tried hood or interior camera.

    I got my arm broken pretty bad and had to get surgery for it couple of years ago. After watching Dawid's pain with this setup, my arm started to hurt again just by watching his strugle.

      For a second I thought the story was going to be that you broke your arm setting up that steering wheel...

    just a heads up, to keep the table from falling over on its own weight you just tighten the thumb screws on the clamps and then reclamp it down. This increases the pressure of the clamp and will hold everything in place.

    "straight full left or full right" you should try this on a game made for dpads, maybe it would actually work.

    From what I know those cheap steering wheels have a button in the middle to change from fully left and right to progressive left and right or whatever it's called. So you probably just had to press a button and it would've been 10x better.

    These games are called the dark soul games of racing for a reason. I have 1 & 2 and even with a logitech G27, they are tough games. To get a 1st place, you have to deserve it. With VR they're very cool.

    I can imagine you taking the tape loose from the desk and just folding the "stand" with the wheel and pedals still attached, and chucking the entire mess into the dumpster.

    With the computerization of cars, someday you'll wifi your car to the computer and game; use the car heads-up display for a monitor.
    {tongue-in-cheek?}
    ... why is the police siren So Loud? ... Did I forget to disengage the car?? ...

    Attention to anyone who uses suction cups, they are meant to be used wet. The water creates the air tight seal needed for suction cupping

    "After a few seconds of gameplay I already had to make some major structural adjustments" lol.... That had me in tears just thinking of the poor bastard who orders any part of this setup unironically with his hopes up that he'll make it work. 💀🤣
