@@rinaaaaax3 She was kind of deja vu in that she mentioned people leaving their tenement apts on the lower east side friends of mine moved into Greenpoint/Williamsburg to get out of the lower east side, this was the 80s/early 90s. While the creatives are gentrifiers in their own right they make things attractive for the bougies, and they attract the developers that push people out.
It’s a beautiful video! You really managed to capture the feeling of moving to a new place and hit a nerve in the best way, because that is just one of the most beautiful and nerve racking feelings in life ❤

My grandparents had a huge ceramic shop in AL when I was growing up. It was right next to their house. It was always my favorite place to be!
it's such a nice apartment but all I can think about is I hope she has proper ventilation... working with clay can be so dangerous if you're not taking care to filter out the particles that over time cause athsma and other severe chronic issues!!!
I was thinking the exact same thing! Love her spirit, attitude and passion for ceramics! However, when I studied ceramics, it was always a big no no when it came to food/kitchen around dust, chemicals etc which lead to risks of silicosis. Would love to know more
