The simply answer is yes although there are many instances where if you are an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen you will have more benefits e.g. when it comes to rental income tax you will pay far more in countries like Spain and France if you are not from these areas/countries.
Again, Giorgia, you show us some nice finds. Thanks! :)
Many thanks Eric.
I'm confused by the terms used to describe Italian property types, for starters what's the difference between a villa and a detached house?
is there any vacant lot for residential housing only walking distance to Vatican? or even condominium?
Generally within walking distance tp vatican you will only find apartments. Expect to pay minimum 400K Euros for a two bedroom apartment.
@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 how many sqm is this €400,000?
@@micomarinas2753 Usually around 80-100 SqM
@@saveandinvestwithgiorgiolo8375 ok thanks👍
most of these small-town are really poor in terms of services and are full of ancient people, so definitely not good investments.
I agree not really investment properties but good places to live cheaply in a warm climate.
Wonderful video revealing lots of gems
Many thanks peternicho
Fantastic, that 27.5k property has a view worth that alone!
Exactly!!!
There is definitely a price point for everyone looking to purchase property in Italy...even at 28K euros! Thanks, Giorgio.
Many thanks Mike
